Taking down existing water proofing membrane and cleaning roof, 15mm thick plastered surface etc preparing the surface to receive plaster by brushing whith wire brush and fanning the surface to remove all loose dirt etc and brushing neat cement slurry @ 3.00 Kg/Sqm including 15 mm thick plastered in cement morter 1:4 with water proofing comound complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for water proofing treatment for roof slabs by applying bitumen primer @ 0.3 ltr/sqm then applying hot blown bitumen 85/25 @ 1.20kg/sqm and laying 3 mm thickwater proofing membrance modified with glass mat reinforcement weight not less than 3 kg /sqm with overlap of 100 mm and end lap 150 mm and finally applying aluminium based pain on top complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars, arches etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Brick work with fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 Complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description including raking out joints, hackisng for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering plaster 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface of wall and finiceshed even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparaion of newly plastered or unplasetered surfaces and apply finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade: New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)® walls complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L complete removal existing treatment incl cornices pillaster etc and applying two coat of white wash on ceiling complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing 0f steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate,finial tapper plug, bolts, nuts and screws as specified type 410 SP-64 (12.00 metres long), erected to truly vertical position including one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of aluminium paint and making 30cm wide strips 5 Nos with white and black paint alternately on external surface above PCC benching/ground level including making pole identification number and figure with synthetic enamel paint of Ist quality and painting with bitumenous paint internally and externally for portion embedded in PCC. , complete all as specified, including taking down old poles of any type and removing from site.

Trimming of trees and cutting of tree branches carefully upto 3 mtr clear distance from wire/cables/conductor/panel boards along LT over head electric line using all required safety equipment for each length of approx 40 metre long complete all as specified and directed.
