Dismantling of wooden Shingle roofing with joints wooden hips etc including stacking of serviceable material all complete.

Providing hoisting and fixing trusses/purlins rafters/posts/post-plates or like components including cost of screws/nails etc.all complete with carriages.

P/F precoated galvanised iron profile sheets track deck crill make or equivalent H.rib profiled sheets 1000 to 1020mm cover width 28-35 mm high crests at 250 to 255 mm TCT (Total coated thickness) high tensile SMP galvalume steel. The sheets shall have vide panes with 3 NO’s stiffing ribs, effective water shedding and special male/female end with full return legs on side Lapps for purlins support and anti capillary flute in side Lapps. The sheets shall have a heart dip- metallic coated of zinc and aluminium (150-grams/SM) zinc/aluminium coated mass total on both sides AZ 150 as IS-1397, 550 MPA yield stress. Providing silicon modified polyester coating of approved colour of total thickness of 35-moicron comprising 20-micron exterior coat of SMP over micron polyester back coast over 5 micron primer coats on both surfaces including side and end Lapps and using 8-mm galbanum hex self drilling fastener on each crest of sheet for connection with purlins and seam bolts at 300 mm centres on all sides and end Lapps etc. (finished measurement to be paid) 0.50-mm thick.

Applying priming coat with ready mixed pink or grey primer approved brand and manufacture on wood work(hard and soft wood) including painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade two or more coats on new work.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. Complete.

Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade is one or more coats on old work.

Providing/Fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed tiles conforming to IS: 13753 of minimum thickness 5mm of approved make like NITCO,ORIENT,SOMANY KAJARIA,or equivalent make in all colours, shades except begundy,bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer in/charge in skirting, risers of steps/floors and dados over 12 mm thick bed of Cement Mortar 1:3 (1 Cement:3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg per sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.
