Dismantling all types of masonry excepting cement concrete plain or reinforced, stacking serviceable materials at site and removing rubbish as directed within a lead of 75 m. In ground floor including roof.

Dismantling R.C floor, roof, beams etc including cutting rods and removing rubbish as directed within a lead of 75 m including stacking of steel bars. In ground floor.

Removal of rubbish, earth etc. from the working site and disposal of the same beyond the compound, in conformity with the Municipal /Corporation Rules for such disposal, loading into truck and cleaning the site in all respect as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches or drains in all sorts of soil (including mixed soil but excluding laterie or sandstone) including removing spreading or stacking the spils within a lead of 75 m. as directed. The item includes necessary trimming the sides of trenches leveling, dressing and ramming the bottom hailing out water as required complete.Depth of excavation not exceeding 1500 mm

Earthwork in filling in foundation trenches or plinth with good earth in layers not exceeding 150 mm. including watering and ramming etc. layer by layer complete. i) With earth obtained from excavation of foundation. (Payment to be made on the basis of measurement of finished quantity of work.)

Filling in foundation or plinth by silver sand in layers not exceeding 150 mm. as directed and consolidating the same by thorough saturation with water ramming complete, including the cost of supply of sand. (Payment to be made in measurement of finished quantity.)

Single brick flat soling of picked jhama bricks including ramming and dressing bed to proper level and filling joints with powdered earth or local sand.

Cement concrete with graded stone ballast (40 mm. size) excluding shuttering in ground floor. (Pakur Variety). a) 6 : 3 : 1 proportion.

Ordinary Cement Concrete M 15 (mix 4:2:1) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement, if any, in ground floor, as per IS 456 – 2000. i) Pakur variety.

Ordinary Cement Concrete (mix 3:1.5:1) M-20 with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement, if any, in ground floor, as per IS 456 – 2000. i) Pakur variety.
