Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not other wise specifically provided for and removing outside MD land.

Demolition and breaking up of blocked, broken drain sewage pipe line (SGSW/ RCC pipes), including the pipe inserted in MH walls etc. and disposing the sludge, broken pipe and alike components out side MD land for undermentioned drain pipes :-

(a) SGSW pipe 100mm bore

(b) SGSW pipe 150mm bore

(c) SGSW pipe 200mm bore

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc 1.5 mtr deep for foundation etc n.exc. 10 sqm on plan and getting out in hard/dense soil.

All as per item above but exc. 1.5m but not exc 3.00m deep and getting out in hard/dense soil.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm in soil

Removal of excavated material (soils) to a distance n.exc 50 mtrs and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point.

Providing lowering, laying, aligning & fixing in position and joining at all level/depths full round HDPE DWC Pipes (Double Wall corrugated) of 100mm dia bore with reqd jointing accessories of SN-8 grade as per IS-16098 (Part-2) amended upto date in trenches in complete including all material, labour, sectional hydrotesting (including the cost and conveyance of water to site for testing) and commissioning as per Technical Specifications, drawings and as per directions of Engr-in-Charge.

Providing lowering, laying, aligning & fixing in position and joining at all level/depths full round HDPE DWC Pipes (Double Wall corrugated) of 150mm dia bore with reqd jointing accessories of SN-8 grade as per IS-16098 (Part-2) amended upto date in trenches in complete including all material, labour, sectional hydrotesting (including the cost and conveyance of water to site for testing) and commissioning as per Technical Specifications, drawings and as per directions of Engr-in-Charge.

Providing lowering, laying, aligning & fixing in position and joining at all level/depths full round HDPE DWC Pipes (Double Wall corrugated) of 200mm dia bore with reqd jointing accessories of SN-8 grade as per IS-16098 (Part-2) amended upto date in trenches in complete including all material, labour, sectional hydrotesting (including the cost and conveyance of water to site for testing) and commissioning as per Technical Specifications, drawings and as per directions of Engr-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for providing precast reinforced cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 mix using 20mm graded stone aggregate in cover slabs with precast frames (for manholes etc), baffles walls and cover slabs to septic tanks and soakage wells etc. including use & waste of necessary form work, complete all as specified. (NOTE : Reinforcement will be measured and paid separately) set in CM (1:4).

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masanory,laid dry below or above ground level and removing material from site complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Brick work with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified & directed.

Material & Labour for Brick work with fly ash bricks, in one brick thick honey-comb walling, built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified & directed.

Material & Labour for Broken Brick Bats/Aggregate for loose filling, of gauge 80 mm to 150 mm graded as in soakage well/pits, complete all as specified & directed.

Material & Labour for providing cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 mix (20mm graded aggregate) in coping all as specified and directed including necessary use and waste of form work.

PCC 1:4:8, type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation of manholes, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only inetergal water profing compound of approved make.

Supply & Fixed for 75mm bore sand cast iron pipe in any length including jointing with cement, in floor/trench complete all as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness below or above ground level and removing material from site complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames area not exceeding 1.50 Sqm (w/o taking off shutters from frames) and removing from site, including cutting holes for taking out existing hold fasts and making good in cement mortar (1:3) or PCC 1:2:4 type B1, complete all as specified and as directed. (Note – The quoted rate shall be deemed to include for fixing of hold fast in the same opening irrespective of position of hold fasts repair of bottom, cill & jamb with PCC Bo (1:2:4)/cm 1:4 and no separate item shall be paid for the same).

Material & Labour for Industrial and heavy duty purposes LPG Godown Bitumen Mastic Flooring 25mm thick, complete all as specified and as directed by manufacturer's instructions and also as per Grade-IV flooring specification elaborated in IS-1195 (2002) on Bitumen Mastic Flooring. Note :- Bitumen mastic shall be generally laid in bays in one coat. It shall be spread to the specified thickness means of suitable hand tools to ensure accuracy. Uniform and level surface can be obtained by levelling a heavy wooden float. If blowing occurs during laying, the bubbles should be punctured and area after should be made good while mastic is still hot. The edges of each bay shall be made vertical accommodating next bay.

Material & Labour for 75 mm thick Cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection with fair finished complete. Note : Joints 12 mm wide to the full depth of PCC shall be provided at every 3 meters and at every change of direction and shall be filled with mixture of bitumen and sand 1:3 by weight. Cost of this provision shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate for concrete in plinth protection.

Material & Labour PCC (1:4:8) Type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundation, filling and mass concrete and sub base surface finished even & fair complete.

Material & labour for Machine pressed precast concrete rubberised moulded interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness, M-40 Grade laid over 50mm average thick Sand cushioning layer etc complete all as specified and as directed by the EIC.

Material & labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 ( using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate) as in bed blocks, copings, apex stones,side of interlocking tiles etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified as directed.

Supply and fixing pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having 550 Mpa tensile strength as in roof covering/cladding and fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified.
