Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick or stone walls, etc incl raking out joints hacking for keys srubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed (bldg ht may vary upto 10mtrs )

M&L for Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins arches, pillars etc but including fair facing dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thick above or below ground level complete all as specified and directed .

Demolition of cement Concrete in Roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work cement concrete is reinforced (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) etc complete, all as specified and directed .

M & L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6.0m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6, complete, all as specified and directed.

All as per description of serial item No 6 above but except bricks.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work in Cement mortar 1:4, finished even & smooth without using extra cement, complete, all as specified and directed. Note:- Bldg height may vary upto 10 mtrs.

M&L for 15mm thick cement plastering in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even & smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified. Note:- Bldg height may vary upto 10 mtrs.

M&l for 5 mm thick rendering in cement mortar in 1:3 on ceiling surfaces, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Bldg height may vary upto 10 mtrs.

Supply only Integral water proofing compound, ISI marked.

M&L for preparingne plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer, complete, all as specified. Note:- Bldg height may vary upto 10 mtrs.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of old surfaces of walls/ceiling and applying two coats of oil bound distemper etc all as specified and directed. Note:- Bldg height may vary upto 10 mtrs.

M&L for applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new plastered surfaces all as specified and directed. Note:- Bldg height may vary upto 10 mtrs.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of old paints and preparing old decorated plastered or unplastered surface of walls and applying Two coats of Apex paint (Exterior acrylic emulsion paint) in camouflaging digital pattern given by Engineer-in-Charge (Pattern as per user requirement ) on wall/facia chajja and roof, for similar articles etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Bldg height may vary upto 10 mtrs.

Form work to soffits of suspended slab such as roof slab n exc 200mm thick (horizontal/sloping/vertical) with fair finished surface, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for TMT bars 6mm to 8mm dia. cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending and binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix), type B-0 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate) in slabs supported on walls, beams, columns deck slabs and in shelves, the like all as specified and directed..

M & L for reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) type B 0 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate) in Chajjas all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 as in plinth protection with using 40mm graded stone aggregateincl making joints at every 2.5m and at corner filled with bitumen 85/25 and sand in ration 1:2 by weight etc complete, all as specified and directed..

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC type D 2 1:4:8 using 40mm gradedcrushed stone aggregates as in sub base over well rammed earth with Glass/PVC dividing strip , complete,all as specified and directed. .

M&L for preparation of old painted wooden surfaces of any description over 10cms width or girth and applying two coats synthetic enamel paint on wooden surfaces over a coat of primer in camouflag pettern etc , complete, all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description over 10cms width or girth and applying one coat of syntehtic enamel paint on steel surfaces in camouflaging pattern, complete, all as specified and directed.

All as per description of serial item No 22 above but width or girth n,exc 10cm .

S&F 0.80 mm thick Plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting, in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275 fixed with self tapping screws all as specified and directed .
