Taking down existing unserviceable treatment of any description including cement plaster, any thickness from roof surfaces, cleaning the roof surfaces and preparing it for further treatment and removing rubbish from site, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick plain cement concrete B-0, 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in roof padding, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM (1:4) on concrete surfaces mixed with WPC @ 3% by weight of cement finished the surfaces fair and even complete all as specified and directed. (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately).

Supply only Integral waterproofing compound

M & L for water proofing treatment to RCC roof with 3 mm thick weight not less than 3.5 kg/sqm , APP modified polymeric membrance non wooven polyster reinforcement without mineral finish or top to be laid by torch application method. On the dried surface applying one coat of approved bituminous primer @ 300 Grams/Sqm with torch application, laid with over laps of 100 mm joints of traverse direction and 75 mm at longitudinal direction duly thermofused by flame torch all as specified in application manual of the company. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 (10+5) mm thick rendering on walls of fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 with water proofing compound finished fair and even complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: water proofing compound shall be measured seprately).

M&L for 5 mm thick rendering on ceiling fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished fair and even, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new untreated wall surfaces / roof surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of acrylic emulsion paint exterior grade camouflage painting over a coat of primer, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceiling and apply three coat of white wash, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cement concrete type B2 1:2:4 in walls or retaining walls, any thickness, size or shape including pilasters, buttresses columns, pillars, boundary pillars and posts, small padestal, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for forming 20 mm thick expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30 mm primed and sealed with sealing compound (Grade ‘A’) in 150 mm thick concrete slab, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting 0.63 mm thick, in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275,complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete un reinforced in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level), complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down of old air termination rod of any type and any size from building top including dismantling, keeping serviceable termination in safe custody for re-fixing and removing unserviceable termination materials from work site, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing air termination single pointed, copper rod 12 mm dia and 300 mm long fixed to copper strip / earth strip including suitable nuts, bolts & washers, complete all as specified and directed.

Re-fixing of old serviceable air termination rod (as obtained from taking down) of any size and type after straightening & dressing with & including suitable nuts, bolts and washers to copper strip/ earth strip, complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Cost of suitable nuts, bolts and washers is deemed to be included in the item quoted rate)

Taking down old copper/ aluminium strip of any size and any type from building top (roof/ down conductor/ strip) / pipe including dismantling, keeping serviceable strip in safe custody for re-fixing and removing unserviceable strip materials from work site, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing copper strip 20mm x 3mm with & including suitable porcelain saddle/ insulator (at an interval not more that 50 cm), fixing screw, nut, bolt & wsher for roof/ down conductor/ strip complete all as specified and directed.

Re-fixing of old serviceable strip (as obtained from taking down) of any size and type after straightening & dressing with & including new suitable porcelain saddle/ insulator (at an interval not more that 50 cm), fixing screw, nut, bolt & washer for roof/ down conductor/ strip complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Cost of suitable new porcelain saddle/ insulator, fixing screw, nut, bolt & washer is deemed to be included in the item quoted rate).

M&L for brazing of broken/ loose connected copper strip of any size and type not exceeding 3.2 cm in length and not exceeding 6 mm in thickness including bringing of necessary machine at site, complete all as specified and directed.
