SH-A(I): OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE WORK OF E&M INSTALLATION Periodical maintenance and operation of all electrical & mechanical installations of Terminal Building, Ancillary Building, Fire Station, Perimeter/street lighting , Carpark lighting, AFL ,DVOR, substation equipments (DG set, HT & LT Panels , AMF Panels, APFC Panel ,transformers ,CCR etc), pump sets, GLF installations & E&M installations etc. on daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly basis as per maintenance schedule including preparation & maintenance of records /documents etc as per scope of work given in special conditions and technical specifications of contract etc complete as required. The contractor is required to deploy following minimum manpower in shift of eight hours on all days including holidays except on weekly off day : 1) Supervisor Cum Wireman- 01 Nos (Skilled) 2) Wireman - 03 Nos (Skilled) 3)DG Operator & AC operator - 02 Nos. (Semi-skilled) 4)Helper - 04 Nos.( Un-skilled)

Generation of reports with computer & other data handling related to office documention works such as upkeeping of records etc. by deploying following adequate manpower for all days excluding saturday, sunday & national holidays : 1)Com. Operator Cum Office attendant - 01 Nos. (Skilled)

Checking, servicing, callibration testing & submmission of report of Alstrom make following protection relays provided on 11 KV, oil circuit breaker panel complete as per site requirment - 1) IDMT relays a) Over Current:-6 Nos. b) Earth Fault:- 3 Nos. 2) Auxillary Relay ( Type-VAA/VAX/VAJH) for transformer protection -03 Nos 3) Current/PT Transformer

Inspection, overhauling, servicing & testing of 630 A M-Pact make Air circuit breaker and submission of report etc complete as required.

Checking, servicing, callibration testing & submmission of report of Alstrom/English electricals make following protection relays provided on , LT Air circuit breaker panel complete as per site requirment - 1) IDMT relays a) Over Current:-4 Nos. b) Earth Fault:- 2 Nos.

De-hydration/centrifuging and testing of transformer oil by using filtration machine for installed transformer of 250 KVA capacity and oil capacity of Approx. 240 ltrs to get desired dielectric strength of oil upto 60 KV BDV etc as required.

Supply and topping up the transformer/OCB with new transformer oil after dedydration/centrifuging and testing of dielectric strength of oil upto 60 KV BDV etc as required.

Servicing of 250 KVA Capacity oil type transformer of (Make- Kirloskar) including replacement of complete gasket set and 4 Nos LV bushing , testing , commissioning and submission of report etc complete as required.

Attending the breakdown maintenance of 11 KV HT panel of Alstrom make OCBs including Inspection,fault dettection,fault rectification and restoration of Panel to normal workinf condition and submission of report to AAI etc complete as required.

Supply and replacing the Silica gel 250 KVA Transformer Breathers installed in power transformer at various locations at Shimla Airport.

Inspection , servicing and calibration of CCR & senstivity relay on 4KW CCR of Youyang make including testing & submission of report etc complete as required.

Inspection , servicing and calibration of CCR & senstivity relay on 20 KW CCR of NASU make including testing & submission of report etc complete as required.

Spray painting of sheet metal enclosures of electrical equipments such as feeder pilars, distribution boards, electrical panel, frame etc. including cleaning the surface,painting with two or more coats of grey ( yellow in case of PAPI Units) or any other colour of approved make including rewritting the identification the circuit, Protecting and covering the electrical accessories during painting and removing after work is over etc complete as reqd.

Painting of 300 mm X300mm (nominal) size Earth pits in two or more coats of desired color and of approved make including cleaning of surface , re-writing the identification letters etc complete as required.

Repairing of existing earth pits including supply and fixing of CI Cover plate ,funnel,necessary brick work, plastering & painting the masonary chamber etc complete as required.

Providing First Aid Box as approved by St. Johns Ambulance Brigade /Indian Red Cross Confirming to IS 2217-1963 with upto date amendements.

SH-A(III):- Repair works( To be executed as and when required ) Rewinding of 7.5 HP submersible pump set including replacement of defective parts such as seal , bush bearing etc including less for dismantled copper wire etc complete as required.

Job includes routine services as and when required, repairing / replacement and maintenance of components/ consumable compatible with existing RO System, attending to complaints/ faults and taking rectifiction action, ensuring servicing/ satisfactory working condition of the system, etc. complete as required. *Note : 1 Job is equivalent to comprehensive maintenance of 1 No. machine per month. i. 1st Year
