Providing and laying of additional spans of 300 mm sq. 3.5 core XLPE/PVC insulated Al. cable Armoured as per (IS 7098(part 1) ) IS 1554 part-1 )from main substation to newly proposed main panel of male doctors hostel cable hangers and over head pole brackets . The job included cost of end termination complete with thimbling,crimping , tapping ,connecting and testing.

Providing and laying of additional spans of 185mm sq. 3.5 core XLPE/PVC insulated Al. cable Armoured as per (IS 7098(part 1) ) IS 1554 part-1 )from main substation to newly proposed main panel of male doctors hostel block A & B . The job included cost of end termination complete with thimbling,crimping , tapping ,connecting and testing.

Fixing of above PVC insulated & PVC sheated /XLPE power cables 185 & 300 sq. mm 3.5 core of 1.1 KV grade on wall surface (clamped with 40 x 3mm MS flat clamp) as required.

Providing and laying of Various sizes of GI pipe B class 150 mm dia as road cross near corner of doctors hostel complete with excavation and after laying of pipe the trench shoud be refilled in same position at site.

Supplying , installation , testing and commissioning of factory assembled sheet steel clad powdercoated, stand mounting cubicle board made from 1.6mm thick CRCA sheet dust and vermin proof dully phosphatized and powder coated ,Providing with hinged gasketted door padlocking facility and including suitably rated PVC insulated 1nos of 4 strip Aluminium bus bar complete with interconnections,providing lugs, earthing terminals,stand as per site requirement etc including providing fixing of below noted accessories. OUT DOOR WHEATHER PROOF FRONT OPERATED PANEL 1. Incommer a) 400 amp FP MCCB having breaking capacity= 36KA IEC: 60947 -II /IS 13947-II ) for connecting of existing 185 sq. mm and fresh 300 sq. mm cable as main & the out put power supply to be connected to the 630 A changeover swicth with busbar or cables leads=02 no changeover swicth 630 A panel mounted front operated (IS: 13947)(part 3) IEC 60947-3)=01 no Metering & INDICATION 1 set of R.Y.B phase incating lamps 1 no (0-500) V Voltameter with buit in VSS with 3 nos 630/5A CTs 1 No ( 0-630A) Ammeter with Ass with 3 nos 6A sp MCB. BUSBAR 1 set of 630 Amp TPN Aluminium bus bar with color coded PVC Sleeves OUT GOING 200 Amp TPN MCCB having breaking capacity - 36 KA with rotary handle operating mechanism = 02 no. complete as specified in SBD.

Making of earth points includes salt charcoal GI plate size GI 600 mm x 600x5mm pit should be dug 3 mtr from the surface and providing and fixing GI strip (25 mmx 5mm) in 40 mm dia GI . The job also includes providing & laying of separate 40 mm GI watering Pipe to the plate complete as per latest specification

P/Laying of 25 mm x 5mm GI earthing strip including galvanised nut and bolta from earth point upto DB as per site requirement
