Providing and fixing of WBM as per Specification.

Providing and laying in position separation membrane of 125 micron thick impermeable plastic sheet of make IPCL Shivalik or equivalent make in transparent white color over the surface of D.L.C complete in all respect as per the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying in position machine batched, machine fixed and machine vibrated ready mixed cement concrete (R.M.C) of grade M-40 with cement content not less then 420 Kg/Cum imparting minimum compressive strength of 40 Mpa at 28 days. For laying on road including the cost of steel from work of steel cost of admixture in recommended proportions (as per ISI 9103) to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability and including pumping concrete with pumps if required. The ready Mix concrete is to be procured from plants of A.C.C / L&T BIRLA as approved by Engineer in Charge in Delhi or Gurgaon. The finishing of the laid cement concrete with the surface vibrator and mechanical trowel including the cost of safety arrangement and chowkidaar etc. complete in all respect as per the satisfaction of the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and making sawcut transverse construction / longitudinal construction joint as per approved drawing provided at a maximum distance of 4.5 m including the cost of covering of dowel bars with the plastic sheet of at least 60% of the length from one end. Initially 3 to 45 mm wide cut shall be made after 1 to 2 days upto 1/3 rd depth of a slab and including the cost of scaling temporarily with a jute rope. At the time of sealing of the joint temporarily seal shall be taken out and 10 and 12 mm wide grooves shall be made upto a depth of 22mm. Before sealing the joint of 5mm thick compressible de-bonding strips with paper back shall be inserted to the bottom of the groove. The groove shall be filled wih polly supplied / silicon sealant. The sealant shall be applied slightly at a lower level than the slab with a tolerance of 2 + 1 mm complete in all respect as per approved drawing and entire satisfaction of the Engineer in Charge.

Extra for making rogh surface of the concrete pavement of providing non-slippery surface by mechanical cutter for safe playing of vehicles axs per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in Charge.
