Construction of inspection chamber along the cable route at various places in brick masonary with bricks of class designation 75 in cement mortar 1:4(1cement : 4fine/coarse sand) of internal size 200 cm (L) x 150 cm width x 120 cm depth, providing and laying in position cement concrete in 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) of 10cm thick on bottom and RCC slab of 20cm thick above the chamber in 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 gradedstone aggregate 20mm nominal size) with hooks for lifting, plastering all sides of open area in 15mm cement plaster 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine/coarse sand) including excavation of soil, plastering all sides of open area in 15mm cement plaster 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine/coarse sand) including excavation of soil complete etc..as reqd.

Horizontal Drilling of 160 mm bore by mechanical means in horizontal direction in all kinds of soil at least 1 mtr below taxiway surface i/c supply, laying & pushing of 160 mm dia HDPE DWC pipe including all accessories, digging trenches of suitable size on the sides of pavement/runway, making neccessary arrangement for safety of the existing installations and making etc complete as required.

Excavation of the cable trenches in hard rock not exceeding 1.5 meters in width, and lift upto 1.5 meters, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50 meters.

Supplying and making cable route marker with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ) of size 60 cm X 60 cm at the bottom and 50 cm X 50 cm at the top with a thickness of 10cm including inscription duly engraved as required.

SH-VI Earthing:

Earthing with GI earth pipe 4.5 m long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonary enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc with charcoal or coke and salt complete as required.

Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 3 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with brass nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

SH-VII Safety Equipment

Providing of set of 4 Nos. 9.5 Litre capacity GI bucket painted in post office red colour with prior coat of red oxide paint and written with white paint ‘FIRE’ and mounted on MS angle iron frame with bracket of appropriate size & capacity i/c filling sand etc.

Supply and fixing of fire retardant electrically insulated synthetic mat of class C 3 mm thick suitable for 11KV AC grade and 240V DC system meeting requirements of IS 15652:2006 tested for breakdown strength, tensile/elongation, aging properties, insulation resistance, effect to acid, alkaline, diesel, transformer oil & leakage current test, fire test etc. having minimum width of 1000 mm ± 20 mm along with all allied materials such as Pu-resin, Chemi bound, special PVC adhesive, liquid primer etc. in what so ever quantity required to complete the job as per site conditions and as per instructions from Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing shock treatment chart both in Hindi & English duly mounted on a wooden frame with 3 mm thick glass as reqd. (approximate front area 1.00 sq. meter)

Supply and fixing safety instruction chart both in Hindi & English duly framed with 3 mm thick glass as required. (approximate front area 1.00 sq. meter)

Jointing copper / G.I. tape (with another copper/ G I tape, base of the finial or anyother metallic object) by riveting / nut bolting/ sweating and soldering etc as required.
