1.Strengthening of road at Kodaikkarai AVM Salai Km 0/0-0/222 .Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth upto 300 mm, removal of stumps of such trees etc., complete.

Picking 5 cm to 10 cm old metalled surface and sectioning - 1 sq.m

Providing and laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam(WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in machanical mix plant carriage of mixed material etc., Km 0/0/0/222

Providing and laying of prime coat using Emulsion at the rate of 7 Kg per ten square meter over the WMM surface preparatory to another bituminous construction over it.

Providing and laying Tack coat over WMM surface(treated with primer) using 2.5Kg of bitumen emulsion RS-1 for 10sqm for preparatory to another bituminous construction over it including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc.,

Providing and laying Bituminious concrete to 30mm thick using 0.13cum of 19.00-9.50mm. 0.17cum of 9.5-2.36 and below with 50.3kgs of VG30/VG40 heating the bitumen and aggregates Km 0/0/0/222

Providing and laying gravel including cost and conveyance of gravel from approved sources to worksite etc.,

2.Strengthening of road at Kodiakkarai Mettu theru salai Km 0/0-0/128. Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth upto 300 mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000 m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per Technical Specification Clause 201.

Picking 5 cm to 10 cm old metalled surface and sectioning - 1 sq.m

Providing and laying 75mm compacted thick WBM Grade III using 1 cum of 63mm to 11.20mm IRC HBG metal and 0.24 cum of Gravel for blindage for 10 Sqm. of 75mm compacted thick etc., complete for TOP LAYER

Providing and laying tack coat over the WBM surface using 4.00 Kg of bituminous emulsion for 10 sqm.

Providing and laying open graded premix carpet of 20 mm compacted thick using 0.18cum of 13.20 mm IRC size HBG machine crushed chips and 0.09 cum of 11.20 mm IRC HBG machine crushed chips with 14.6 Kg of bitumen for 10 sqm

Providing and laying gravel including cost and conveyance of gravel from approved sources to worksite and stocking on road side to departmental metric gauge for premeasurement as directed including labour for spreading and compacting etc., complete as per MORD specifications No. 400.
