REPAIR/ REPLACEMENT OF ACB, MCCBS INCL MISC ITEMS AND ALLIED WORKS IN BHAGAT LINE AREA UNDER AGE E/M ELECT SUPPLY AT GE(U)E/M MEERUT CANTT.

Supply, installing, errecting, testing and commissioning, factory made and tested LT Panel board with all accessories. LT Panel board, OUT DOOR type,over all dimension not less than 1.0 m(L)x0.5 m (W)x 1.2m(H),platform mounted, suitable for 415 volts 3 phase 4 wire, 50 Hz AC supply system, having bus bar chamber with insulated Aluminum busbars installed on porcelain / SMC insulators and all interconnection between main busbars as well as outgoing feeders shall be carried out with TPN Aluminum busbar of rating not less then 1.5 times rated capacity of individual out going feeders. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof, IP 65 class protection and made of 3.15 mm CRCA MS sheet and 50x50x6mm thick angle iron frame work, bottom channel of size: 70x40x5 mm powder coated finish over one coat of red oxide primer outside and two coats of red oxide primer on inside, front / back opening type, and fixing 2 Nos.danger notice plate with letter made of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled of size 20x15 cm with , figures and conventional skull bones in signal red colour and fixed front & back door to LT panel etc with voltage and danger indiated in Hindi and English, with double door shutter and locking arrangement,internal wiring with PVC insulated, stranded copper conductor, FRLSH cables, IS-694 marked of adequate size but not less than 1.5 Sqmm. The platform shall be such that it is of a height 30 cm above the nearest ground level. complete all as specified and directed including connections of all out going/in coming existing cables of size 25 to 400 sqmm by drawing /digging out cable from loops in trenches/ ducts out side the Bldg inclusive of necessary excavation and earth work as required and relaying the cables with retrieved bricks and providing new sand cushioning and crimping suitable size Aluminium lugs for terminal connections of cables, platform for panel, with PCC 1:4:8 type D2 with 40 mm graded crushed stone 15cm thick foundation, brick work in CM 1:6 with sub class"B" old size bricks ,rendering 15 mm thick CM 1:6 on exposed surface and 100 mm thick padding 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded crused stone aggreagate on top and grouting bolts for LT panel , All out going feeders shall be connected by cable through suitable size gland plate / glands.& The various feeders shall be indicated by 50 mm size letters in synthetic enamel white paint and including taking down old LT panle any size. complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- (1) LT Panel Board Should be as per IS/ICF 61439 Part -1 & 2 Type (2) Test Certificate For 4000 APS With Breaking Capacty Not Less Than 65 KA Panel Builder Should Submit All Certificate As Per ICE 61439 Part I & II

(iii) Ammeter Digital type, CT operated 0-500A range, (with selector switch and CT) - 01 Set (iv) Volt Meter Digital type 0-500 V range, (With selector switch) - 01 No. (v) Indicating Lamp LED type 240 V 50 HZ AC supply set of three colour (RYB)-01 set.

(II) Outgoing :- (i) MCCB 4P, 200A, 36 KA, with thermal magnetic/adjustable: O/L & S/C protection , ICS= 100% ICU = 02 Nos (ii) MCCB 4P, 125A, 25 KA, with thermal magnetic/adjustable: O/L & S/C protection , ICS= 100% ICU = 01 Nos. (iii) MCCB 4P, 63A, 16 KA, with thermal magnetic/ adjustable: O/L & S/C protection , ICS= 100% ICU = 01 Nos.

All as per Srl item No1 above, but with followings:-

(iii) Ammeter Digital type, CT operated 0-400A range, (with selector switch and CT) - 01 Set (iv) Volt Meter Digital type 0-400 V range, (With selector switch) - 01 No. (v) Indicating Lamp LED type 240 V 50 HZ AC supply set of three colour (RYB)-01 set.

(II) Outgoing :- (i) MCCB 4P, 100A, 25 KA, with thermal magnetic/adjustable: O/L & S/C protection , ICS= 100% ICU = 02 Nos. (ii) MCCB 4P, 63A, 16 KA, with thermal magnetic/adjustable: O/L & S/C protection , ICS= 100% ICU = 03 Nos.

All as per Srl item No 1 above, but with followings:-

Supplying, installing, commissioing and testing of LT switchgear panel board ( Kiosk) of size not less than 600mmx600mmx500mm, IP-65 (outdoor type) , 415 Volts, 50 Hz, AC supply, three phase and neutral ( 4 wire) , 400 Amps coloured horizontal tinned Aluminium bus bars , factory made out of 3.15mm thick MS sheet structure mounted on rigid mild steel angle iron frame of 50mmx50mmx6mm with 400mm long extended legs grouting in platform for panel, with PCC 1:4:8 type D2 with 40 mm graded crushed stone 15cm thick foundation, brick work in CM 1:6 with sub class"B" old size bricks ,rendering 15 mm thick CM 1:6 on exposed surface and 100 mm thick padding 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded crused stone draded on top and grouting bolts for LT panel , duly epoxy powder coated internally and externally with approved shade, rubber gasketted, hinged front double door and back openable doors with proper locking arrangements for dust and vermin proof ,complete including adjustable thermal and fixed magnetic release MCCB 4 pole, 200 Amps, 415V,36 KA,50 hz -01 No (incoming),suitable size cable allay, lugs , glands and making connections/ wiring with suitable size SC PVC insulated copper conductor cable and including taking down old LT panle any size, all as specified.
