Note : Integral water proofing compound shall be mixed as per manufacturer and cost of the water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of schedule 'A'.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement with water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed. Note : Integral water proofing compound shall be mixed as per manufacturer and cost of the water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of schedule 'A'.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortor 1:4 and finished fair and even without using extra cement and including using the water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Integral water proofing compound shall be mixed as per manufacturer and cost of the water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of schedule 'A'.

M&L for preparing of new surface of any description and applying two coats of distempering walls with distemper dry, white or tinted over a coat of chalk, whiting, on plastered surfaces all as specified and directed by EIC.

M&L for preparing of new surface of any description and applying two coats of cement paint white or tinted over a coat of priming plastered and other surfaces with alkali resistance priming on walls.

M&L for preparing old decorative surfaces of any description and applying two coats of white washing on ceiling.

M&L for preparing old decorative surfaces wall scrapping, brooming down with steel wire brushing and painting surface etc of walls and applying two coats of Old Bound Distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer over a 1mm thick layer of wall care putty all as specified.

M&L for chemical earthing with copper plate 90cm x 60cm x5mm thick copper plate buried directly in Ground for fixing earthing complete with copper plate electrode of size 60cm x 60cm x 5mm thick burried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25 metres deep below normal ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level with copper earth strip of size 50x5mm as earthing lead with bolts,nuts,checknuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as s shown in electrical plate No,. 3 of SSR Part I 2020 connected to earthing test point all as specified including testing on completion and protected by light grade 50mm dia GI pipe connected to main switch board or main control board, and GI pipe light grade 20 mm bore for watering and including funnel providing charcol dust , salt mixed with fine sand in continuous layers ,PCC(1:3:6) type C1 in chamber , precast 50mm thick in cement (1:2:4) , type B1 with CI frame cover as per TD.all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
