A) WINDOW TYPE AC

Dismantling the unserviceable uncut hermetically sealed compressor from the AC unit and replacement with factory re-conditioned hermitically sealed compressor for window Air conditioner of any make including transportion for 1.5 Ton capacity complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No.1.01 above but 2.0 Ton capacity

Dismantling the unserviceable uncut rotary compressor from the AC unit and replacement with new rotary compressor 1.5/ 2.0 Ton capacity complete all as specified and as directed. Note for item 1.01,1.02 &1.03: The cost of gas shall be measured and paid separately as supply only.

M&L for flushing out of complete condensing and evaporator unit, jointing the compressor suction and delivery tubes including replacement of any description of liquid line, strainer assembly, capillary tubes etc., including rectification of leakage from the systems and line, vaccumising, dehydrating, oil and gas charging , testing and commissioning of system upto 2 TR capacity of window type Air conditioners complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- (i) The cost deemed included the replacement of spares like coper tubes any description, strainer assly, capillary tubes etc. (ii) The required gas shall be measured and paid under relvant items of this schedule.

S&F in repairs new condensing unit housing for any given make for window type AC including dismantling the old unserviceable condensing unit complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs new cooling coil unit housing for any given make for window type AC including dismantling the old unserviceable cooling coil complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs condenser/ cooling coil housing jointing plate for window AC of any make for 1.5 / 2.0 Ton capacity including dismantling the old unserviceable jointing plate complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement single pole and neutral sheet metal enclosure with two pin and earth plug and socket complete with single pole MCB 20/ 25 Amps for incoming and out going control.

Taking out outer cover of 1.5/ 2.0 TR capacity on wall of window, cleaning of all parts/ fittings, washing out of condensing unit with water to remove deposition of materials checking of all parts for smooth functioning carrying out servicing & lubricating of all parts, checking and tightening electrical connections and ensuring complete unit in perfect working condition complete all as specified and as directed.

B)SPLIT TYPE AC

Dismantling the unserviceable uncut hermetically sealed compressor from the AC unit and replacement with factory re-conditioned hermetically sealed compressor for split type Air conditioner of any Make including transporting for 1.5 Ton capacity complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No.5.01 above but for 2.0 Ton capacity

Dismantling the unserviceable uncut rotary compressor from the AC unit and replacement with new rotary compressor 1.5 Ton capacity complete all as specified and as directed. Note for item 5.01,5.02 & 5.03: The cost cost of gas shall be measured and paid separately as supply only.

All as per item No.5.03 above but for 2.0 Ton capacity

Installation of split type Air conditioner any capacity including Supply & fixing factory fabricated support suitable to mount out door unit (one pair per AC) and duly making holes into wall for insertion of copper pipe, drain pipe and 3 core cable and making good the disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and as directed. Note: This item to be operated for change of location only, as split type AC unit to be shifted from one location to other location.

Taking out Indoor & outdoor cover of 3 TR capacity Condensing unit on wall/ floor/ceiling of Cassettet type AC for repairing, cleaning of all parts/ fittings, washing out of condensing unit with water to remove deposition of materials checking of all parts for smooth functioning carry out servicing & lubricating of all parts, checking and tightening electrical connections and ensuring complete unit in perfect working condition complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out Indoor unit & Supply and fix indoor unit only 1.5TR including filter and copper pipe with suitable outdoor unit complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out wrested outdoor unit body and supply and fix new outdoor body without compressor and condensor.unit complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out U/S stablizer and supply & fix stabilizer 4KVA double booster complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out Indoor & outdoor cover of 6000 to 15000 BTUH capacity Condensing unit on wall / floor of Walkin cooler cum Cold storage unit for repairing, cleaning of all parts/ fittings, washing out of condensing unit with water to remove deposition of materials checking of all parts for smooth functioning carry out servicing & lubricating of all parts,including servicing of PCB / Condensor unit, checking and tightening electrical connections and ensuring complete unit in perfect working condition complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out US AC Manager & Supply and fix AC Manager for connecting two AC complete all as specified and as directed.

C) WATER COOLER

Dismantling the unserviceable uncut hermetically sealed compressor from the water cooler unit and replaced with factory re-conditioned hermetically sealed compressor for water cooler of any make upto 120 ltrs capacity complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No.15.01 above but 150 ltrs capacity. Note for Sl item No 15.01 & 15.02 :Gas charging will be measured and paid separately.

Cutting and removing the front bottom of water coolers and refixing of new front bottom with 1.6mm thick MS sheet complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out outer cover of water coolers 40 to 150 ltrs capacity, cleaning of all parts/ fittings, washing out of condensing unit with water to remove deposition of materials checking of all parts for smooth functioning carrying out servicing & lubricating of all parts, checking and tightening electrical connections and ensuring complete unit in perfect working condition complete all as specified and as directed.

Painting of water cooler with two coats of pastel blue paint to the external surface of water cooler and Two coats of anticorrosive black paint over a coat of red oxide primer upto 15cm height from the base allround including legs for inside of water cooler of any capacity complete all as specified and as directed.

D) REFRIGERATOR

Dismantling the unserviceable uncut hermetically sealed compressor from the Refrigerator unit and replace with factory re-conditioned hermetically sealed compressor for refrigerator of any make 200 ltrs to 310 ltrs capacity complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No.21.01 above but capacity 165 ltrs to 200 ltrs. Note for Sl item No 21.01 & 21.02: Gas charging will be measured and paid separately.

E) DEEP FREEZER

Dismantling the unserviceable uncut hermetically sealed compressor from the deep freezer unit and replaced with factory re-conditioned hermetically sealed compressor for deep freezer any make 500 ltr capacity complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Gas charging will be measured and paid separately

M&L in replacement Sub main wiring with two single run of single core PVC insulated cable with copper conductor multistranded 1100 volts grade 4 sqmm through and including with suitable size of PVC rigid conduit and its accessories, surface/ ceiling along with fixing arrangements etc., including 4.0 sqmm PVC insulated multistranded copper earth continuity conductor and connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No.26 above but with 2 runs of 6 sqmm Note for Sl Item No.25 & 26:- (i) Two runs of cable, one/ two runs of earth conductor cable and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit.
