M&L for cutting out cracks to V-section in existing concrete surfaces, cleaning out,wetting,grouting with cement mortar (1:3), complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls,etc.including racking out joints,hacking for keys ,scrubbing down with water,etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick (10mm+5mm), on fair faces of brick ,stone or concrete surfaces of walls in cement mortar 1:4, mixed with integral water proofing liquid compound on top 5mm thick CM 1:4 wih fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces including finishing the surface even & fair finish without using extra cement complete and including all necessary scaffolding,complete all as specified and as directed. Note : 1. Chicken wire mesh should be provided on either side of the junction in dissimilar walls. 2. Integral water proofing compound shall be measured & paid separately.

M&L for Rendering 10mm thick, on fair faces of brick ,stone or concrete surfaces of chajjas and canopys in cement mortar 1:4, mixed with integral water proofing liquid compound on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces including finishing the surface even & fair finish without using extra cement complete and including all necessary scaffolding,complete all as specified and as directed. Note : 1. Chicken wire mesh should be provided on either side of the junction in dissimilar walls. 2. Integral water proofing compound shall be measured & paid separately.

Supply only water proofing compound, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint havingVOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives@ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10sqm over new surfaces.complete and including all necessary scaffolding,complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of existing surface of wall and applying one coat of acrylic exterior water proof emulsion paint (camouflage pattern as directed by Engr-in-Charge) complete and including all necessary scaffolding, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old surface of wall and applying one coat of cement base paint, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old surface of ceiling and applying one coat of white wash,complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Preparation of old treated surfaces of wooden, not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying one coats of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and as directed.
