Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and 1.5 m depth for foundation etc, not.exc 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated materials (soils) to a distance not exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old unserviceable MS tubing with connections of 100mm bore and removal of pipe from site of work incl necessary earth work etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying & fixing of GI tubing Heavy grade 100 mm dia with all necessary fittings such as ends, elbows, tees, flanges, nut bolts washers, shorts pieces, disminishing pieces, caps & plugs incl cutting / welding etc laid in trenches/on floor complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Excavation and earth work will be measured and paid separately .

Supply, Fixing connectng and testing sluice valves Heavy duty class PN 1.6 both end flanged with brass spindle with hand wheel and check nut conforming to ISI mark , IS-14846 including provision of jointing material such as insertion rubber gasket sheet 3mm thick, nut & bolts with washer including taking down old unserviceable sluice valve complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for construction of brick masonary in CM 1:4 pit chamber of internal size 1250 x 1250 x 1250 mm with lockable MS cover fabricated with angle iron frame of size 50 mm x 50 mm x 6 mm thick, with Mild Steel plate cover 6mm thick, painted with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer after preparation of surface including locking arrangement and necessary excavation and earth work. Chamber foundation constructed with 80 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate over 100 mm thick hardcore using broken bricks aggregate in foundation and finished in cement mortar 1:6 and 15 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 in internal surface of wall and outside upto 150 mm deep upto ground level & 1:4:8 lean concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F cast iron Non return valve (NRV) 100 mm dia heavy duty flanged ends long body type conforming to IS PN-1.6, IS-5312/2004 including all jointing materials such as leather gasket bolt, nut, washer including taking down old unsv NRV etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S& F cast Iron Air Valves 100 mm dia with double action air release valve, conforming to IS 14845 suitable for GI water supply mains 100 mm dia including taking down old unserviceable Air release valves complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for dismantaling of old brick masonary pit chamber of internal size 1250 x 1250 x 1250 mm with lockable MS cover fabricated with angle iron frame, with Mild Steel plate cover complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting the existing bituminuos road/ pavement/ hardstanding for passing of pipe to any depth with 300mm width and making good road surface by filling earth, hard core with 40mm stone aggregade, well raming and filling with PCC 1:3:6, type C-1, 100mm thick complete all as specified and directed.
