SITC of 750 LPM, Medical Grade PSA based Oxygen Generating Module at SKIMS MCH Bemina

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 750 LPM Oxygen Generating Module with Skid Mounted Molecular Sieve Twin Towers & inbuilt Oxygen Analysers alongwith replacement of all linefilters. The Module shall be compatible with the following equipments, which are already available in place at site in working conditions: 1. Compressor Atlas Copco GA55+APIE3 364CFM (172LPS) (1W+1SB) 2. Air Dryer Trident Pneumatics Pvt Ltd 500CFM (1W+1SB) 3. Air Tank of Capacity 3000 Litres (01 No.) 4. Two (02) No. of Oxygen tanks of capacity 2000 Litres each and working pressure 8.5 Kg/sqcm. 5. Necessary Connections from air tank to module and to Oxygen tank are included in the scope of the job. The complete oxygen generating module shall have two (02) years of warranty period, during which the OEM/Authorised Dealer shall carry out breakdown and preventive maintenance of the plant for its successfull operation to meet the required parameters as per the standard maintenance schedule of the OEM. The job also includes dismounting/dismantling of the old non functional module and shifting & storing safely as per the directions of the engineer incharge within the Hospital Premises. The detailed technical specification sheet is enclosed as Annexure-C to this instant e-NIT. Note: - Any work not mentioned in the estimate but found necessary for commissioning of the plant shall be deemed to be included in the estimate and the contractor shall be bound to execute/supply the same without any extra charges.
