Sch 'A' Part-XIII: MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS Notes: (i) This schedule is not pre-priced by MES and the pre-priced rate indicated as "Rs 0.00" under column 5 signifies this fact only. Internal Water Supply (Sch 'A' Part-II) .

S & F wall mixer of bathroom 3 in 1 system with provision for both hand & over head shower, with 115mm long bend pipe , connected legs & wall flange complete all as specified and directed.

Internal Electrification (Sch 'A' Part-III) .

Supply and install, testing wall termination Telephone socket RJ-11 Make-Havells or equivalent complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PVC insulated telephone cables for indoor applications confirming to technical specification G/WIR06/02 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and install, testing wall termination TV Socket-1M white in colour complete all as specified and directed.

S&F blanking plates complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of lamp holder, including 9 watt LED Bulb insulated body with back plate suitable for batten fittings and complete all as specified and directed

S&F Sheet metal enclosure distribution board VTPN,4 way, 415 volt, double door powder coated, protection class IP-54, isolated neutral bar, mechanical impact strength IK 09 suitable for mounting MCB & /MCCB DBs confirrming to IS-13032, IS-8632,BS5484 with min 200 Amp raiting copper bus bar and grouting, fixing on wall with nut bolts wasshers proper with pcc works complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of MCBs SP 63 Amps, 240 volts, 10 KA 'B' curve rupturing capacity, IS-8828 marked, of the under mentioned type and rating and fixing in DBs (DBs Catered separately in this schedule) :-Note : Make of the MCB should be the same as that of DB.

SEWAGE DISPOSAL (Sch 'A' Part-V) .

M&L for DWCPE 180(OD)/163(ID) mm diameter pipe laid in trenches and jointed complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for provn of on site conventional LLDPE septic tank designed to carry sewage and sullage water, excavation in any type of soil, PCC 1:4:8 below foundation, vent shaft, connection etc, complete for 30 users, complete, all as specified and directed by Enge in Charge.

Soakage wells(1.2m diax1.5m effective depth) excavation, in any type of soil, foundation in PCC 1:3:6, walls of honey combed masonry with top ring of M25 concrete including intercepting chamber and screen chamber made of Brick masonary in CM, RCC cover slab in M25/ SFRC cover, interconnecting pipes of RCC/DWC complete filled with brick bats.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY (SCH 'A' PART-VIII).

Construction of valve pit of size 60cm x 60cm x 60cm, double brick masonary with internal plastering from the top of surface including cover of MS sheet 3.15mm thick and angle iron 40mmx40mmx6mm with hinges and locking arrangement including painting with two coat of synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of red oxide and grouting to PCC 1:2:4 plastering in cement morter 1:3, foundation concrete 1:3:6 including necessary earthwork complete all as specified and directed.

Supply ,install, testing and comissioning of 1.5HP monoblock pump with delivery head 18-38m, working voltage 230V 50Hz having high class metal body, motor speed 2900RPM including DOL starter 2HP single phase suitable for operation of single phase monoblock pump including PCC (1:2:4) foundation for motor of size 60x60x60cm using 40mm graded concrete all as specified and directed.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION . (SCH 'A' PART-X)

Supply, installations, testing and commissioning factory made out door cubical type LT panel board dust and vermin proof , free standing, floor mounting type mounted on and incluidng 1:3:6 PCC foundation as requried at site and of fabricated by 3.0 mm thick CRCA Sheet over MS 50 X 50 x 6 mm thick angle iron frame of required type leg length of 75cm out of which 30cm should be below ground level and 45cm above ground level for support with double door both sides open type with necessary locking arrangement with sliding bolts front and back, with slopped roof on top duly painted with two coats of powder coated semense gray paint complete and having separate doors inside for accomodating all incomming / out going feeders of suitable sizes all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge :- Incomming :- (a) S&F MCCB 4 Pole 200 amps ,415 Volt of breaking capacity not less than 36 KA (Ics=100 % of Icu) with adjustable thermal Setting (Optium 2.0) - 01 No incoming. (b) Copper Busbar 300 Amps current rating duly sleev insulated for set of 3 phase, 4 wire system and branch connection of suitable size of outgoing current rating of MCB/MCCBs-01Set

S & F street light GI bracket of 1.2 mtr long made out of 40mm dia light grade GI pipe bend to shape of 120 degree end welded at required including 02 Nos MS clamp of FL 40 x 6mm including nuts bolts & washers complete necessary fixing arrangements on pole, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, test and commissioning factory made THERMOPLASTIC/HDPE CABLE JUNCTION BOXES IP 66/67 “weather proof”, with terminals for outdoor installation (with knockouts for cable entry) of size 155 x 210 x 92 mm depth with cable entry size of 4-10 sqmm with 4 No. busbar of capacity 63 Amp and MCB SP 6 Amp-1 No. with flat iron clamps of size 30 x 6mm, nuts and bolts complete all as specified and directed by Engg in charge.

S&F PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor wire ISI marked of size 1.5 Sqmm 3 core for fitting to pole/ junction box, drawn through inside of pole, complete all as specified and directed.
