| 1 | Dismantling and taking down Automatic Voltage Regulator (AVR) of 5000 kVA capacity from its installed position at any location under AGE (I), Fatehgarh for repair/rewinding, including disconnecting/opening HV and LV electrical connections and earthing connections, transporting the AVR to the workshop and back, and refixing the same after repair, including installation, testing and commissioning, complete all as specified and directed , comprising the following:-
(a) Transportation of the AVR to the workshop at Unnao/Kanpur etc and back to the site by arranging all necessary T&P, including crane, recovery vehicle, tripod and other lifting equipment, as required.
(b) Opening the AVR cover by removing serviceable/unserviceable nuts, bolts and washers in the presence of the Engineer-in-Charge.
(c) Lifting and dismantling the primary (HT) and secondary (LT) windings and other internal components carefully, displaying all dismantled parts for inspection by the Engineer-in-Charge without causing any damage.
(d) Refilling/topping up with new transformer oil after dehydration and filtration of the AVR.
(e) Reassembling the AVR complete using all existing serviceable parts and replacement of defective parts such as rubber bushes, insulators stud etc shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate, wherever ordered by the Engineer-in-Charge.
(f) Reinstalling the AVR at its original location after repair, reconnecting HV and LV electrical connections and earthing connections, and carrying out testing and commissioning to the complete satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge under full load conditions.
Note:-
(i) Payment for rewinding shall be made under relevant items on the actual weight of the finished coil before varnishing and baking.
(ii) Transformer oil shall be measured and paid for separately under relevant item of work
(iii) The cost of renewal of nuts, bolts and washers of adequate size for the AVR top cover and other minor extras shall be deemed to be included in the quoted unit rate. | 1 | Each Job | 100 | ₹100 |

Note:-
(i) Testing of transformer/HT switchgear insulating oil before and after dehydration and filtration shall be carried out as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge and the quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive for the same.
