Supply of Multi-Function Printers to NWKRTC.

The bidder should have successfully delivered and installed at least 100 Nos. of the Printers in the last 4 years. Supporting documents for having successfully delivered and installed at least 100 Nos. of the Printers shall be submitted.

The bidder should be original manufacturer or authorized dealers of Printers of the approved specifications. The Bidder quoting as Authorised Distributor or Dealer of the manufacturer shall submit the Authorisation from the Manufacturer or OEM and is in business for the last 5 years.

In case of manufacturer, the bidder shall be a Registered Company. Certificate of Incorporation and Commencement of Services, Registration under Companies Act/ Partnership Act shall be submitted.

The bidder should have supplied Printers to the State/Central Government Department/Public Sector Undertakings/Research & Development Organization. The supporting documents in this regard should be enclosed.

The bidder must have company owned (OEM) or Authorized Service Provider remote support centre. Relevant documents to be furnished.

The bidder shall not be under declaration of ineligibility for corrupt or fraudulent practices or deficiencies of services or blacklisted with any of the Government agencies at the time of bidding. A declaration on the letterhead of the firm and signed by the Authorized signatory should be submitted.

The bidder should have Registered Office in Karnataka and should have Service Centre in NWKRTC region of North Western Karnataka (Belagavi, Bagalkot, Chikkodi, Dharwad, Gadag, Hubballi, Haveri & Sirsi). The bidder shall submit the details of the Service Centres established in the NWKRTC region.

The OEM must have a centralized call registration system for receiving the service complaints. Relevant documents for having a centralized call registration system for receiving the service complaints shall be furnished.

The bidder/OEM should provide 24x7 on site 3 years comprehensive warranty & free service at all the places of the division, depots, and bus stations of NWKRTC where the systems will be installed. In this regard the undertaking should be furnished.

The tenderer should have a minimum annual average turnover of Rs. 1.00 Crore for the preceding three years (i.e. 2021-22, 2022-23 and 2023-24) from IT related business. The audited balance sheets, Profit & Loss accounts and CA Certificate should be furnished as a proof of having the required financial turnover.

The bidder should hold a valid GST Registration Certificate issued by the Govt. of Karnataka along with Registration No. and Permanent Account Number (PAN) issued by income tax department. Copy of valid GST Registration Certificate and Permanent Account Number (PAN) issued by income tax department should be provided.

If the manufacturer of the product (OEM) has the ISO 9001:2008. The same may be submitted. This is optional. Having the ISO 9001:2008 is not mandatory.

The bidder shall submit the duly filled out, sealed and signed Annexure-A, Annexure-A1, Additional Format, Environment Safety Data Sheet and Environmental Management System Checklist.

The bidder shall submit the duly filled out, sealed and signed Declaration-I, Declaration-II (Optional) and Declaration-III as per the formats on Govt. stamp paper of Rs. 20.00 or above.

The bidder shall submit a sample Printer conforming the tender specifications as detailed in the tender document to pre-qualify for this tender.
