Construction of Balinalla Check Dam at Badapathuria in Ranapur Block of Nayagarh District under the scheme MATY for the year 2025-26

Clearing grass uprooting stumps and small bushes and trees 1 M girth on premeasurement and removal of rubbish and depositing the same clear of work site with all leads, lifts and delifts etc with supply of all labour and t&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per the direction of the Engineer- in -Charge

Excavation ,loading,unloading and carriage by mechanical means of all kinds of soil including stoney earth , gravel and moorum etc interspread with boulders upto 1/2 cum size with all lifts and delifts including trimming of slopes and bed to design section and depositing the excavated materials away from site as per the specification and as directed by the E.I.C within an initial lead of 1km from the place of excavation complete.

Filling foundation and plinth with excavated earth by mechanical means with all leads, lifts & delifts including making arrangement for carriage of water and with cost conveyance of all materials, labour required for the works including watering and ramming etc. complete including cost conveyance etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Cement Concrete works of M15 with 20 mm Size crusser broken granite metal & down graded of approved quality quarried and free from weathered skin including lifting the materials lowering, hoisting and laying the concrete for required level with curing ramming finishing etc. complete in all respect to proper slope and level with cost, conveyance, royalty and other taxes of all materials etc. complete including dewatering as and when necessary as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Cement Concrete works of M20 with 20 mm Size crusser broken granite metal & down graded of approved quality quarried and free from weathered skin including lifting the materials lowering, hoisting and laying the concrete for required level with curing ramming finishing etc. complete in all respect to proper slope and level & providing expansion joints with cost, conveyance, royalty and other taxes of all materials etc. complete including dewatering as and when necessary as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying straightening, cutting, bending, binding, fitting and placing uncoated HYSD bar reinforcement of different diameter and laying in position including cost of binding wire 18 to 20 gauge and fixing of reinforcement including lapping where necessary with all leads, lifts from bending yard to placement spot including cost ,conveyance & all taxes of reinforcement as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing Rigid and smooth centering and shuttering with the box type steel shuttering plates with keys for intermidiate construction joints in rafts of weirs,barrages and dam blocks including dismantling them after casting including cost of materials etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Rough stone dry packing in approns and revetments to all heights and thickness using hard stone other than granite of 30 cm and above size and filling interstices with small stones by wedging and hammering to proper slope and level including cost of labour,materials, T&P, all taxes and royalties complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing Weep holes in masonry / C.C./ R.C.C. With 100 mm dia AC pipe, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1V: 20H towards drawing face complete with all labour, materials , T&P and taxes complete as directed by the Engineer-in -charge .
