Providing and laying C.C. 1:4:8 with cement, Coarse sand and stone grit (20-40 mm size) including cost of all material, labour and T&P etc.complete.

Brick work in Class-150 bricks in 1:4 cement and coarse sand mortar including supply of all material Labour, T&P etc.

Providing and laying D.P.C. 25 mm thick with cement concrete consisting of( 1:1.5:3) cement , Coarse sand and 10mm grade stone grit and including water proofing material as directed by the Engineer-In -Charge in the proportion as specified by the manufacturer.

Centering and fine ply wood or steel shuttering for R C C Work including supply of all material Labour, T&P etc.

Providing and laying steel reinforcement (T.M.T. bars) i/c cutting, bending, binding and supply of steel etc.

RCC Work in 1:1.5:3 cement, coarse sand,stone grit 10- 20 mm size including Labour, T&P and curing etc.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement:2coarse sand:4graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurru etc. complete 40 mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate.

Supply and fixing 30 mm thick commercial flush door(single leaf) shutters including cost of necesssary fittings and fixture

P/Fixing Mild steel Door Frame L section window & gate i/c all material labour, t& p etc complete

Cement plaster 12.5 mm thick in 1:6 cement coarse sand mortar

Distempering Ist coat with oil bound distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undercoated wall surface to give an even sade over an including apriming coat cement primer of approved brand and manufacture such as Berger, J&N, Shalimar,Asian paints after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign matters and also including preparing the surface even with Plaster of paris of approved synthetic material and sand papered smooth including cost of all materials.

Finishing Walls With acrylic smooth exeterior paint emulsion paint of required shade( Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 Sqm ) including one coat of primar applied @ 2.20Ltr/ 10 sqm coat curing and cost of all material , labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work for two coat.

Painting (Two) coat on New steel surface over priming coat on steel and other metal surfaces upto 10cm width or girth or small articles not exceeding 0.10 Sq.M in area with superior synthetic enamel such as Luxol 3, Hi gloss Apcolite, Superlac, Dulux Specified brushing to give and even shade and including the cleaning the surface of all durt, dust and other foreign matter sand papering and scrapping including cost of all materials, labour, tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of work.

Painting (Two) coat on New wood surface over priming coat on wood and other metal surfaces upto 10cm width or girth or small articles not exceeding 0.10 Sq.M in area with superior synthetic enamel such as Luxol 3, Hi gloss Apcolite, Superlac, Dulux Specified brushing to give and even shade and including the cleaning the surface of all durt, dust and other foreign matter sand papering and scrapping including cost of all materials, labour, tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of work.

Providing and laying I shaped precast interlocking tiles of thickness 80 mm (ordinary gray) i/c 25 mm thick local sand base levelling and dressing,filling joints with local sand etc.

Providing & fixing Aluminium door handle 125mm long . Complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer Incharge.
