RequiredThe bidder should have similar work experience in Pumps including all accessories with value of work done not less than 50% of the ECV (i.e., Rs.324.75 Lakhs) in supply, delivery & Installation of Pumps including all accessories given as per tender document in any State Government Organization in any One financial year during the last 5 financial years in Pumps including all accessories.
RequiredDocumentary evidence showing satisfactory performance certificate should be uploaded as a proof of evidence with Experience certificate issued by a competent authority of cadre not less than the rank of Superintendent of Police / Superintending Engineer should be uploaded
RequiredThe bidder should upload catalogues, full product specifications of Pumps including all accessories quoted as per tender document, if the bidder fails to upload catalogue of the Pump including all accessories he will be summarily rejected
RequiredThe bidder should have minimum turnover (approx. 50% to that of estimated tender value in any one Financial year during the last (3) financial years of 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25. The bidder shall upload the Annual turnover certificate obtained from the Charter Accountant showing year wise turnover of the agency/firm for the 3 financial years (from 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 updated for the FY26-27)

RequiredThe bidder should have PAN, GST Registration Certificate, MSME UDYAM Registration certificate copies shall be uploaded
RequiredThe bidder should upload the signed and scanned copies of the Annexure I, II & III.
RequiredThe bidder should submit the hardcopies of catalogues and technicalities of the Dewatering pumps on or before dt:04.06.2026 @ 12:00 PM at the O/o Commissioner, HYDRAA, 7th Floor, Buddha Bhavan, Ranigunj, Secunderabad ? 500003, based on the submission of catalogues and technicalities which the committee might call for demonstration of pumps if required
RequiredThe bidder should be capable to supply all the material within 7 days from the date of issue of LOA in view of MONSOON EMERGENCY ? 2026 and should upload self-declaration duly signed and stamped regarding delivery of pumps including all accessories as per tender document, failing which the agency will be summarily rejected and EMD will be forfeited and agency will be blacklisted.
