Making sand pit cover by using angle, M.S. flat and 20 SWG M.S. sheet for 3x3m² size sand pit. Work includes fixing of 50x50x6mm size GI angle on inner and outer edges of sand pit by grouting and fixing of M.S. strip in middle to make frame for sand pit cover, painting of sand pit by post office red colour and write fire in white colour on sand pit. After that fabrication of sand pit cover with 20 SWG M.S. sheet by welding of M.S. flat on edges of sheet, making handle of cover by using flat and fixing of cover with Post Office red color synthetic enamel paint and angle with black color synthetic enamel paint after applying 01 coat of red oxide primer. All men, material and T&P will be provided by firm.

Construction of fire Huts (size 3.5m x 2.5m x 2.5m) for upkeeping of fire fighting equipment with fabrication of 02 No. 3.0 Meter long and 06 no 2.5 meter long vertical square shape support from 65 x 65 x 5 mm MS angle iron and welding the piece of 10 cm long angle iron from 65 x 65 x 5 mm in the bottom of support for grouting. Excavation of 08 No. vertical support with ratio of 1:2:4 of cement coarse sand and 20 mm stone ballast in proper ratio and alignment. Also fabrication of top structure from 50 x 50 x 5 mm MS angle iron having the size of 3.0, 2.5, 1.2 & 4.0 meter MS angle iron pieces as per requirement. Welding of these pieces on vertical support to make the frame in the shape of hut. Painting the structure with two coat of red oxide synthetic enamel best quality paint and also supply and fixing of 6.0 mm thick corrugated asbestos sheet roofing fixed with MS 'J' nuts and bolts. Flooring the complete hut by first class brick work in ratio 1:4 of cement and coarse sand with 12 mm thick plaster in ratio 1:4 of cement and coarse sand. All the above works include supply of related material MS angle iron, labour and T&P etc.
