Checking, Inspection, maintanance and servicing complete including replacement of unserviceable spare parts of the DG set (comparising of Engine/ Alternator/ Control panel) of capacity 500 KVA DG Sets at 25 Grndr & Power house for smoth functioning complete all as per manufacturers instructions and all as directed by Engr - In - Charge (a) Checking of lubricating oil condition (b) Checking engine for oil, water leakage and correcting the same (c) Checking of all the nut bolts of engine and alternator (d) Checking of all belts and adjust the tenson properly (e) Cleaning of air filters (f) Checking and readjusting the valve clearance (g) Change of Oil/Fuel filters and engine oil if necessary (h) Checking of starter motor battery and charger (i) Checking of cooling system and fuel system (j) checking of all power cables and AVR connections and mounting bolt tightness of alternator (k) checking the function of AVR general checks

(l) Checking of control panel meters and gadgets functioning (m) Checking of all control and safety wirings B. (a) Checking of flexible coupling of engine and alternator (b) Cleaning of crank case ventilation pipe (c) Checking of injectors and fuel pump (d) Checking of alternator and carbon brushes of following capacity DG sets NOTE : (1) Cost of Spares required will be paid and measured separately (2) Servicing/routine check up carried out through authorised service centre of manufacturer (3) Make of spare recommendation by auth service centre of manufacturer

Strip opening of alternator of Capacity 62.5 KVA DG Set at Power house No-01, removing rotor from the stator and rewinding to CT coils complete with super enameled copper winding wire of appropriate size including insulating material and replacing the following parts of the alternator. Note:- Re-assembling all the component of the alternator and mounting the same on the existing foundation including welding of alternator foundation plate by electric arc welding ,aligning the alternator with engine and testing on full load as specified in particular specification and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L cleaning of radiator of 500 KVA DG sets by using K oil and radiator cleaning solution (Ready to Wash) by pressure of pump and brush and necessary welding/ brezzing and Re-assembling after painting of the same complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only distilled water of best quality in 05 litrs sealed gallon packing complete all as specified and complete by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only electrolyte battery solution (Dilute sulphuric acid have specific gravity 1210 degree) in 10 litrs sealed gallon packing complete all as specified and complete by Engineer-in-Charge.

Note:-(i) The accepted amount will be arrived after deducting the Sch of credit i.e. Rs 54,855.00 and any other reduction if any from quoted amount. (ii) In case manufacturers as mentioned in list of makes does not manufactur item as per given description, then items of higher specification will be specified without any financila adjustment.
