6.CONSTRUCTION OF BUSTAND AT THIRUMAYILADI IN ANAIKARANCHATHIRAM PANCHAYAT KOLLIDAM BLOCK UNDER MLACDS-2024-25

Earthwork excavation in all classes of soils and depositing on bank with an initial lead and lift such as sand or other loose soil, wet sand not under water silt and ordinary soil, sandy loom, and hard stiff, black cotton soil, red earth, etc , complete

Sand filling in foundation and for sand soling in road for sub base course with good river sand including cost and conveyance and all labour charges etc.,

C.C 1:4:8 mix using 40mm ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all labour charges for mixing, laying, Compacting and watering etc., complete.

Brickwork in CM 1:5 mix using country bricks of standard size including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and including all labour charges etc., complete.

Supply and fabrication of steel including cost and conveyance of steels to worksite including labour for cutting, jointing and welding if necessary including all labour charges for dying with binding wire etc., complete.

Supplying & Erecting centering for sides & soffiots including necessary supports & strutting upto 3.29m height for plane surfaces in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90 x 60cm & 10 gauge stiffened, welded with steel angle of size 25 x 25 x 3mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists(Country wood) of size 10 x 6.5cm spaced @ about 90cm c/c and supported by casurina props of 10 - 13cm dia. spaced @ 75cm c/c etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. Rate for 10m2.for the following items.(RCC floor slab, roof slab, Rectangular/ square, Tee/ Ell beams, Lintels, staircase waist slabs, Landing slabs, Landing beam, Portico beam etc., ).

Paving the floor with scratch proof ceramic tiles of approved colour and size in CM 1:3, 20mm thick and pointing with white cement using 0.4 Kg/Sqm mixed with colouring pigments to suit the colour of the tiles including finishing the joints neatly complying with standard specification etc., complete.

Finishing the top of roof with one course of Pressed tiles tiles including finishing the joints neatly complying with standard specification etc., complete.

Ceiling Plastering in CM 1:3 , 10mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges etc., complete.

Plastering in CM 1:5 , 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges etc., complete.

Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.
