Providing, driving with hydraulic piling rigs with power units and installing driven cast- in-situ reinforced cement concrete piles of grade M-25 of specified diameter and length below the pile cap, to carry safe working load not less than specified, excluding the cost of steel reinforcement but including the cost of shoe and the length of pile to be embedded in the pile cap etc. all complete. (Length of pile for payment shall be measured from top of shoe to the bottom of pile cap) : 400 mm dia.

Excavation in foundations in ordinary soil (Loam clay or sand) including lift upto 1.5 m (5 fts.) and lead upto 30 mt. (100 fts.) & including filling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer-Incharges upto a distance of 30mt. (100 fts) from the foundation trenches.

Providing and laying 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) : 8 graded stoneaggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level :1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone- III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Mild steel or iron in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced brick work wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of all steel and wastage and over lapping and hooks.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of classdesignation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level inall shapes and sizes inCement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Red Sand Stone work for lining, flooring etc. (veneer work) 30 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) including camping, jointing in white cement mortar 1:2 (1 White Cement: 2 Stone dust) with an admixture of pigment matching the stone shade.

Providing and fixing hand rail of approved size by welding etc. to steel ladder railing, balcony railing, staircase railing and similar works, including applying priming coat of approved steel primer.

Excavating, supplying, stacking and filling of local earth (including royalty) by mechanical transport upto a lead of 5km also including ramming and watering of the earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in foundation trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. complete for all lift. add extra above for 5 km carted earth.
