Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing masonry open duct as required. Above 95 sq. mm and upto 185 sq. mm

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on wall surface as required. Above 95 sq. mm and upto 185 sq. mm

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 kV grade of following size on cable tray as required. Above 95 sq. mm and upto 185 sq. mm (clamped with 25/40x3mm MS flat clamp)

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and suitable size copper lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. 3X150 sq. mm (50mm)

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. in the existing trench, complete as required. 90 mm dia (OD-90 mm & ID-76 mm nominal)

Making trench less under ground hole across the roads/cement concrete pathway at a depth of about 1 mtr. by means of manual augor and connecting pipes to suit the pipe/cable of size up to 100 mm dia. i/c making excavation on both side of road/pathway for making trenchless hole and refilling the same with excavated soil after laying pipe & cable through trenchless hole. watering. dressing complete as required as per instruction of Engineer-incharge. (Cost of laying of cable & pipe is not included in this item)

Supply of heavy duty 1100 V grade, XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed armoured cable with Aluminium conductor for the following size with ISI mark confirming to IS : 7098 part-1 amended up to date as required. 3x 150 sqmm Aluminium conductor cable

Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of the following out door electrical panel/joint box of size not less than 600mm (H)x600mm (B)x400mm (D), duly floor mounted, weather proof IP-54 fabricated out of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet as detailed below in the suitable size to accommodate all the required mountings, with front & rear door openable & lockable arrangement with sloping roof, as per the approved drawing, the entire electrical panel/joint box should be mounted on 40 mm x 40mm x 6mm angle iron with minimum 600 mm long legs to be grouted in ground in suitable size CC foundation the electrical panel should be duly powder coated in required colour shade, earth studs etc., as required. Bus Bar :- Equally sized three phase and neutral copper conductor Bus Bar to carry 300 Amp, current and suitably insulated with colour coded Heat Shrink Sleeve

Supplying & installation of 4 pole 415 volt 200 amp On Load type change over switch in a suitable MS housing with suitable size cable end box at top and bottom duly powder coated. earthing and connection, testing etc.. as required.
