Removing existing unserviceable /damaged shutters of Table bed side hospital steel and S&F new door shutters made of 1.00mm MS sheet with Qty two Nos of MS Hinges 50mm and Qty 1 Nos of Knob shall be provided as per MES design and as per existing shape and size and as shown on drawing

Scrapping/rubbing of old faded paint by Abrasive cloth emery and supply and painting one coat of paint enamelled white colour over a coat of red oxide primer. Welding of reqd place by gas welding and Qty 04 Nos of PVC bush shall be provided as per existing shape and size and all as directed.

Removing existing unserviceable/damaged top of table bed side hospital steel and S&F of new top made out of 1.00mm thick MS sheet as per existing shape and size. Rest all as shown on drawing.

Chair CB Spl With Hand Rest FD-120(M) R

Removing the seat, back and hand rest of Chair CB Spl and welding the steel frame joints if required and cleaning the painted surface as directed and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified in drawing and as directed.

Supply new seat frame made of 2nd class HW all as shown in drawing , the frame shall be polished and duly caned with superior quality Plastic cane as specified in drawing with suitable screws, complete all as specified in drawing and as directed.

All as per Item No 2.02 above but for Back frame, complete all as specified in drawing and as directed.

Taking off existing cane of seat frame cleaning the rebated portions, applying one coat of French polish and recanning of seat frame with new cane plastic, complete all as specified in drawing and as directed.

All as per Item No 2.04 above but for Back frame, complete all as specified in drawing and as directed.

Preparation of existing surfaces of hand rest by smoothing through sand papering and applying two coats of french polish, all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge and fixing the seat, back frame and hand rest obtained from 5 (b), (c), (d), (e) with 5 (a), complete all as specified in drawing and as directed.

Cleaning the old painted surfaces, applying one coat of synthetic enamel white paint all around and provision of 4 Nos. PVS shoes to legs, complete all as specified in drawing and as directed.

Provision spot / continuous welding at left out joints of conduit tube frame of chair verandah, Grinding and applying paint with existing shade, complete all as specified in drawing and as directed.

Re canning of chair verandah 4mm wide 0.4 mm thick half round white plastic cane and complete all as specified in drawing and as directed.

Removing the existing unserviceable godrej table top of Table writing stylo Steel/ Model NoT101 and supply and fix New table top made out of 18mm thick prelaminated particle with teak wood edging top of size 1200 x 600 mm, complete all as specified in drawing and as directed.

Removing the existing broken/damaged wooden seat frame of chair steel tubular and S & F new 2nd class hardwood frame with suitable fully threaded screws and washers duly canned and french polish, complete all as specified in drawing and as directed.

Removing the existing damaged plastic cane from seat frame of chair tubular steel with arms and recanning the same with plastic cane, complete all as specified in drawing and as directed..
