Repair to Bridge over Gobari River at 2nd Km on Gajrajpur- Nuapari road Road _Road_Repair of Bridge such as Toe Wall, Plastring and Painting and both side Approach road -BT-At 1850 km

Clearing shrubs & jungles uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth upto 300 mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier & disposal of unserviceable materials by manual means & stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000 m including removal & disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per direction of EIC.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of H.G stone screening / binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per Technical Specification Clause 404 of MoSRT&H specifications including cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes, labour charges, T&P etc. required for the work complete as per specification & direction of EIC. Grading No.-3 with Stone screening

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Clause 502 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision).

Providing scarping, cleaning the road surface applying tack coat using 3.0 kg of bitumen for 10 sqm & laying 37.5 mm thick built up spray grouting in one layer using 0.45 cm of 25 mm to 40 mm size hard granite metal & 12.0 kg penetration grade of bitumen for 10 Sqm with 0.12 cum of 12mm size hard granite chips & rolling with PRR including hire & running charges of PRR & all other mechinaries but including cost & conveyance of bitumen, metal & chips complete as per specification & direction of EIC.

Providing and applying tack coat on road surface etc complete.with cost, conveyance, royality and taxes of all materials, cost of labour, T&P required for the work etc. complete and as per direction of the Engineer-in charge

Providing 20mm thick pre-mix carpet using 0.27 cum of 13.2 mm to 5.6mm size H.G. chips and 14.60 kgs.of bitumen for 10 sqm in patches over pot holes and wheel tracks including hire and running charges of PRR, with cost, conveyance, royality and taxes of all materials, cost of labour, T&P required for the work etc. complete and as per direction of the Engineer-in charge.

Providing and laying 6mm thick pre-coated seal coat in patches over pot holes and wheel tracks using 6.7mm size chips and rolling with PRR including cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes, labour T & P,hire charges of machinaries & all other materials required for the work complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Earthwork excavation for foundation of structure upto 3m depth as per drawing & technical specification including setting out construction of shoring & bracing, removal of stumps & other deleterious matter, dressing of sides etc all complete as per direction of EIC

Supplying & filling of good quality river sand in road work of 15.0 cm (6) thick layers including watering & ramming including all cost , conveyance, royalty, cess & taxes of the materials, labour with T & P required for the work etc. Complete & as per the direction of EIC.

Providing cement concrete M-15 grade foundation of road work using 40mm nominal size of hand broken hard granite stone metal (H.B) of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting lowering and laying layers not exceeding 150mm thick with proper slope and level including cost , conveyance , royalty, cess and taxes for finished item of works as per direction of EIC.
