Repairing of flushing apparatus of following sizes:
500 mm Nb with seal trough
Repairing of expansion joint of following sizes
Servicing & replacement of RVF gear box.
Removal of foreign material stacked inside body of Flushing apparatus / Cleaning by removal of foreign material & water washing of Eco, APH, Stack & ESP hopper by cutting flushing apparatus/ down comer pipe etc. of ash hopper
Dismantling of RVF rotor of ESP system
Fitting of RVF rotor with its gear box & commissioning of the same.
Replacement of worn-out gaskets/packing between different flanges /flushing apparatus /inspection joint/ expansion joint /gland packing of RVF and gland cap etc.
Replacement of damaged/worn out expansion joint 200 mm Nb to 300 mm Nb.
Fabrication and erection of inspection window of flushing apparatus.
Patching/overlapping on down comer pipe/flushing apparatus/expansion joint etc.
