Disconnecting of electric connections from LT control panel and starter of submersible pump set of size 5 to 15 HP, removing the pipe line connections from discharge side and taking down/out submersible pump set along with column pipe from bore well with the help of chain pully block including transportation to workshop for repairs and back , lowering the pump in bore well after repairs after replacement of rusted nuts, bolts, washers, rubber gasket etc including testing complete all as specified and directed

Disconnecting of electrical connections from panel board including disconnecting the cable leads from the motor terminal box and taking down/out electric motor of any capacities and makes from base plate of pump set after opening the nuts, bolts etc. Dismantling the induction/Submersible motor and seperate the stator and rotor and removing the Unserviceable DE & NDE sede bearing, burnt winding wire from stator and rewinding the same as per existing supper enamelled copper wire gauge F class insulation used including varnishing and heating for drying of winding, transporting the motor to workshop for repair and back, re-installed after repair including testing complete all as specified and directed.

Note for Item No 1 :- (i) High voltage testing for statorwinding 1.6KV at 1 min. (ii) DE & NDE side bearing will be measured and paid seperately under respective items. (iii) Insulation resistance min 100 Mega Ohms.

Disconnecting and De-coupling the Centrifugal pump/Monoblock Pump/Submersible pump of following capacity from foundation after opening /cutting the rusted nuts, bolts etc and repairing the same by replacing the unserviceable spare parts including grinding work of lathe machine and re-assembling the same including the transporting the pump to workshop for repair and back, re-installed at existing position after repair and providing new MS nuts, bolts,packing flange etc including testing complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Spare part will be measured and paid seperately under respective items.

Testing the cables with high voltage DC testing machine and locating the fault in the cables by fault locating machine to pin point exact position of fault, disconnecting faulty 1100 volts LT cables of different sizes from both ends , removal of fault , Reconnection and testing of cables after removal of fault complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
