[a] Cleaning of roof surface by steel wire brushes, brooming down and removed all loose dirt and cleaned surface shall by applying bitumen primer comforming to IS : 3384-1986 @ 0.3 Litre per Sqm on entire surface of roof [b] Further apply tack coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg per Sqm comforming to IS : 702-1998 on entire surface of roof over priming [c] Applying APP modified polymeric waterproofing membrane 3mm thick weight not less than 3 Kg per Sqm over entire area with overlaps 100 mm each side and joints sealed with flame torch complete all as specified & directed. [e] Further applying tack coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg per Sqm over membrane surface and further spread coarse sand over bitumen @ 0.75 Kg per Sqm complete all as specified & directed. [f] Topping with 40 mm thick brick tiles laid over 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement sand mortar in 1:4 and joints of tile shall be filled up with Cement mortar 1:3 complete.

Taking out old damaged false ceiling any type and removing from site complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing Suspended false ceiling using E-boad of Make : Everest / Armstrong or equivalent make approved design "Lake & Hill" of size of grid 605mm x 605mm x 4 mm thick white pre-laminated self embosed, texture designed board, water resistant, fire resistant & termite resistant for Insulation and accoustic purpose to be placed on at any height on hot dipped galvanised iron imposed grid with 24 mm wide T section powder coated, the frame work shall comprises of main runner made with 0.35 mm thick GS sheet and of size 24x32x300mm spaced at 1200 mm maximum centre to centre fixed to structral soffits with hangers of 4 mm dia GI wire to be fixed with rawl plugs, adjusted with screws, flush fittings of 1200 mm long cross Tee with double stiching to be interlocked between main runners at 600 mm c/c from cross Tee more than 600 mm to be suported independently and double to be formed by fittings 600 mm long cross tee centrally between the 1200 mm cross tee, perimeter wall angle shall be of 0.45 mm thick GS sheet of size 19x19 mm and 300 mm long of white colour including making hole in board for provison of light fittings complete all as per manufacturer Instructions & as directed.

Taking down carefully point wiring of any type and any description / caping or concealed [light point, fan point or socket point] including removal of battens, pipes, plug sockets, switches, shades, ceiling roses, light fittings etc complete and making good disturbed surface to match the exisitng complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down carefully sub main wiring of any nos of wire with wire on wooden batten or surface conduit or concealed conduits complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down main switches, distribution boards and cut outs of any capacity along with the exisitng boards and removing the same from site and making good disturbed surface or portion of walls complete all as specified & directed.

Material & Labour for concealed Point wiring with PVC Insulated 1.5 Sqmm multi-stranded copper conductor FRLS cable 1100 Volts grade drawn into and including concealed PVC conduit medium grade not less than 20mm dia (ISI marked) including all fitting and fixings accessories including 1.25 mm thick factory fabricated sunken pressed steel terminal boxes duly painted with one coat of anti-corrosive paint outside and two coats of aluminium paint inside with and including 2.8 mm thick top cover hylam brand plastic laminated white sheet cover for mounting switches, sockets, fan regulators fixed with steel screws with cup wahsers and including PVC Insulated 1.5 Sqmm multi-strand copper conductor cable as earth wire and making good the disturbed surfaces to match with the existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed for following poit wirings:---
