REPAIR/MAINT OF CENTRIFUGAL/ SUBMERSIBLE PUMP SETS AND CONNECTED WORKS AT WATER SUPPLY AT NAMKUM MIL STN UNDER GE RANCHI

Taking out the submersible motor from bore/open well upto 17.5 HP including GI pipe of 50/65 mm dia complete and lowering down all as directed and transportation of submersible motor upto 12.5 HP 3 Phase from pump house at any location in Namkum area under AGE E/M Namkum Yard, transporting to contractors workshop, dismantling and carrying out necessary repair/replacement of motor including reassembling, testing and commissioning for satisfactory operation as per the following :-

(a) Cutting out existing winding of starter of submersible motor of any make and rewinding with same size of copper winding wire as existing as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (b) Straightening the slot of water of submersible motor of any make. (c) Replacement of thrust bearing block complete of submersible motor of any make. (d) Replacement of worm-out bushes of submersible motor as per manufactures design and specification. (e) Replacement of submersible cable 3 Core of suitable size 4 Mtr long complete with suitable clips. (f) Replacement of sand guard. (g) Providing of sleeves in end plate of submersible motor. (h) Replacement of cable gronment. (j) Replacement of water seal. (k) Replacement of studs with nuts. (l) Remetlling of motor shaft, turning to bring it to original size and shape and plastering of shaft of submersible motor. (m) Painting of motor and tranporting it back to site/store yard and testing to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per Item Srl No. 1 above but of capacity upto 10 HP.

All as per Item Srl No. 1 above but of capacity upto 7.5 HP.

All as per Item Srl No. 1 above but of capacity upto 5 HP.

All as per Item Srl No. 1 above but of capacity upto 60 HP.

M&L Reparing of submersible pump upto 17.5 HP and lowering down of motor pump set with GI pipe and rope all as directed and transportation of submersible pumps upto 15 stage from pump house at any location in Namkum area under AGE E/M Namkum Yard, transporting to contractors workshop, dismantling and carrying out necessary repairs/replacement of pumps/testing as the following :- (a) Replacement of coupling of submersible motor pump key. (b) Overhauling of submersible pump and carrying out the following repairs. (c) Balancing of pump shaft and cutting of key slots. (d) Minor repairs of bowel assembly. (e) Re-threading of worn-out studs holes and providing over size studs with nuts. (f) Replacement of bowels bushes. (g) Replacement of neck ring. (h) Replacement of steel distance pieces. (j) Replacement of impeller. (k) Replacement of bowel. (l) Replacement of head extension. (m) Painting of pumps and transporting it back to site/store yard and testing to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item Sl No 5 above but pump capacity 60 HP

Taking down of existing old U/S Lt panel board and supply, fabricate, erect, test and commission LT outdoor distribution panel totally enclosed weather and vermin proof, suitably ventilated, 440 Volts, 50 HZ, AC supply, factory made, fully compartmentalised made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet steel for load bearing and 2.0 mm thick non load bearing portions, protection of enclosure IP -54 as per IS-2147 of 1962 complete with pretreatment and powder coating of approved colour including suitable angle iron/flat iron frame work/supports, excavation and earth work, PCC foundation etc, out door type, cubical type as required with and including the following, supplied fitted and connected internally complete:-

Replacement of old rusted GI Column Pipe medium grade of size 65 mm dia in pieces of 3.3 Metre long, lathe m/c threaded both ends in the bore/open wells complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item Srl No. 9 above but of 50 mm dia.

S&F PVC insulated submersible cable water proof flat type 3 core with stranded copper conductor cable, 6 Sqmm, 1100 Volts grade inculding cable lugs/joints, connection to submersible motor and other end to aluminium amoured cable including jointing complete as directed. Make: HPL / Havell's /

All as per Item Srl No. 11 above but of 4 Sqmm, 1100 Volts submersible cable.

S&F HDPE Borecaps of size 250 mm dia complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F of steel rope in submersible bore wells from motor to top edge of the bore well of size 6 mm dia (Multi wire stainless steel) for holding of submersible pump motor set all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L GI flange joints with rubber gasket or 3 mm thick chemically treated compressed including suitable size bolts, nuts and washer complete as directed of size 65 mm dia.

All as per Item Srl No. 15 above but of size 50 mm dia.

S&F MS work as/or holding MS clamps on tube well for delivery/column pipe, fabricated out of flat iron section as directed, made to shape drilled fixed with 16 mm dia MS bolts, nuts, washers etc including one shop coat of red oxide primer, after preparation of surface complete all as directed.

Flushing/cleaning of bore well including taking out and lowering of new /repaired submersible pump set of any size (5 HP to 17.5 HP), 3 Phase 400/415 Volts in 200/250 mm size tube well upto existing depth of bore comprising following nature of work:- (a) Dip connecting existing pipe connection in any size and removing electric connection. (b) Errection of trapord/chain pulley lock at site. (c) Unscrewing the submersible pump and removing the same at site for relowering. (d) Transporting the trolley mounted DTH machine at site for flusing the bore well/further boring if required. (e) Flushing the bore hole through compressor operating 120 PSI after lowering the rig in length 1.5 Mtr x 80 Nos continously till clear water in obtained not less than 8 hrs.

M&L for dismantling the power supply of electric motor any type including dismantling from pump and taking to workshop with necessary transportation and opening the complete motor and rewinding the rotor with super enameled copper wire as per the existing guage with necessary insulation, sticks and varnishing, including replacement of shaft bearing of shaft and replacement of bearing 02 Nos and motor terminals plate/cable ducts and minor repair of strater complete of capacity 100 HP including two coat of synthetic enamel painting complete all as directed including reassembling, testing and commissioning for satisfactory operation.

All as per Item Srl No. 19 above but of capacity 40 HP electric motor any type.

All as per Item Srl No. 19 above but of capacity 30 HP electric motor any type.

All as per Item Srl No. 19 above but of capacity 20 HP electric motor any type.

All as per Item Srl No. 19 above but of capacity 1 to 1.5 HP electric motor/booster pump any type.

M&L dismantling complete Centrifugal/Mono Block Pump set of any type and overhauling the pump re-threading of wornout holes of studs and providing over size studs with nuts and washers. Remantlling and balancing of shaft, replacement of gunmental bush, all bearing type 6309/6307/6307C etc and gland packing (12/8 mm) of pump set and refitting the same after the repair all as specified capacity 100 HP including two coat of synthetic enamel painting, SM No writings etc complete with base etc all as directed.

All as per Item Srl No. 24 above but of capacity 40 HP.

All as per Item Srl No. 24 above but of capacity 30 HP.

All as per Item Srl No. 24 above but of capacity 20 HP.

All as per Item Srl No. 24 above but of capacity 1 to 1.5 HP.

Excavation in trenches, n.exc. 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth for foundation and getting out in soft/loose soil, all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement contrete in ground floors and paving n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level), all as specified and as directed.

M&L Cement concrete (1:4:8) Type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete, all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point, all as specified and as directed.
