Tack Coat : Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 Kg per sqm on the prepared bitumenous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical boom (including cost of testing of materials at the site and laboratory as directed by the department (i) with bitumen emulsion CSS1 h (b) dry & hungry bitumenous surface.
