Taking down complete of existing water proofing treatment of any description over roof slabs / parapets etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement Concrete of any description and in any position including padding concrete all as specified and directed.

Providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate average thickness 50mm as in levelling / padding course on roof slab, projections on similar surfaces existing with slope making the surface even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

Rendering 10mm thick fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:3 laid over the RCC roof slab, parapet wall when the concrete is green at any height and making the surface fair and even without using extra cement including using liquid integral water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions all as specified and directed. Note: Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound all as specified and directed.

APP modified prefabricated polymeric water proofing membrane mineral finish 4mm thick and weighing not less than 4.5 kg/sqm reinforced with non-woven polyester matt black finished weighing not less than 100 gm/sqm having softning point less than 140 degree celcius longitudinal tensile strength not less than 300N/sqcm, side lap 10cm with torch application of membrane over compatible primer at 0.40 Ltr/sqm and aluminium paint at 0.10 kg/sqm finished on top complete all as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete Type B1 1:2:4 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down GI tubing 15mm bore medium grade and connections, including cleaning for refixing in same position all as specified and directed.

Taking down GI tubing 20mm bore medium grade and connections, including cleaning for refixing in same position all as specified and directed.

GI pipe 15mm dia medium grade with all fittings fixed on wall, ceiling or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

GI pipe 20mm dia medium grade with all fittings fixed on wall, ceiling or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only GI tubes 15mm bore medium grade with all fittings and laid in floor/ wall/ ceiling etc complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only GI tubes 20mm bore medium grade with all fittings and laid in floor/ wall/ ceiling etc complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks of capacity exceeding 500 ltrs and not exceeding 1000 ltrs, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning etc and hoisting if required reconnecting and refixing in position all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks of capacity exceeding 250 ltrs and not exceeding 500 ltrs, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning etc and hoisting if required reconnecting and refixing in position all as specified and directed.

Dismantling PVC water tank exceeding 250 ltrs and not exceeding 500 Ltr capacity from existing position all as specified and as directed.

Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank of capacity 500 Ltr (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position with proper inlet and outlet connections all as specified and as directed

Dismantling of PVC water tanks of 1000 Ltr capacity from existing position all as specified and directed.

Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) three layers of capacity 1000 Ltr hoisted and fixed in position with proper inlet and outlet connections all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws all as specified and directed.

Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet as in ridge of 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering and on chajjas fixed with self tapping screws all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of wall/ ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc) or insulation boards/ slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets and frame work all as specified and directed.

GI frame work for frame size 605mm x 605mm seamless ceiling comprising of GI perimeter channel 0.55mm thick with two unequal flages of 20mm and 30mm and web of 27mm fixed surrounding walls using Nylon sleeves and screws at 450mm c/c intermediate channel 0.9mm thick having two equal flages of 15mm each and web of 45mm suspended from soft at approx 900mm c/c with GI cleat and section not exceeding 1.2mtr length of 0.55mm thickness having kurb web of 50mm of and flanges of 26mm each with lips of 10.5mm fixed to intermediate channel with connection clips across the intermediate channel at 457mm c/c complete all as specified and directed.

12 mm thick Gypsum Board in ceiling fixed with screws as per manufacturers instructions all as specified and as directed.

Applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion on ceilings over priming surfaces with alkali resistant priming paint over 2mm thick one coat in two layers of putty including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any positrion not otherwise specifically provided all as specified and directed. Note: Cutting the parapets of roof with RCC cutter only.
