Renovation and Development of Gurduwara Kutiya Sahab Deedar Pora Langate

(Construction/Renovation of main hall of gurdawad sahib alongwith sukhasan sahib room and parkarma sahib way)

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator) in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5 m in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed, within a lead of 50 metres:

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 meters lead.

Providing/laying dry stone soiling hand paked under foundation incl.all carriages

Demolishing cement concrete 1:3:6 manually/by mechanical means and dispoal of material within 50 mtrlead as per direction of Engineer Incharge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:4:8

Providing and laying heavy duty full body / double charge anti-skid vitrified floor tiles of approved make, colour, shade and size 16"×16" (minimum thickness 10–12 mm) in flooring over 20 mm thick cement mortar (1:4) bed including neat cement slurry, cutting, dressing, fitting around edges, grooves wherever required, filling joints with white cement mixed with matching pigment, curing, cleaning and finishing complete in all respects as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete in 1:2:4 including curing but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. All works upto plinth level

Brick work with FPS bricks of class designation 75 in foundtion & plinth in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement, 6 coarse sand) in super structure upto fifth floor level

Providing and laying 15 mm thick Nano Matt Marble flooring of approved make, colour and shade over 20 mm thick cement mortar (1:4) bed, including cutting, dressing, edge moulding/chamfering, laying to proper line and level, filling joints with matching epoxy/marble grout, machine grinding, nano matt finishing, curing, cleaning, all materials, labour, tools & plants, carriage, complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge
