Painting exterior walls on plaster with two coats of antifungus and acrylic emulsion paint of exterior quality having 100% acrylic Asian Paint Ultima Protek/Dulux Professional weathershield flex or any other approved brand and shade including preparing surfaces filling cracks with external crack filler of Birla or any approved equivalent, applying one coat of approved primer as per manufacturers specification, filling cracks or wherever required for external filler, curing, scaffolding, cleaning, etc., complete. Note:- 1. Rates should be qouted inclusive of 1 coat of primer and removing old paint by using scrubbing machine, preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete is also included. 2. Rates are inclusive of scaffolding required at all heights.

EARTH WORK :

Earth work in EXCAVATION below ground level upto 1.5m depth for all kinds of works in ALL TYPES OF SOILS EXCEPT SOFT ROCK AND HARD ROCK as classified in specification, including removal of vegetation, shrubs and debris, cutting and dressing of sides in slopes, levelling, grading and ramming of bottoms, dewatering of accumulated water from any source and keeping the surface dry for subsequent works and disposal or stacking of excavated material within a lead of 100m, as directed, but excluding shoring and strutting.

Earth work in EXCAVATION below ground level upto 1.5m depth for all kinds of works in SOFT ROCK as classified in specification, including removal of vegetation, shrubs and debris, cutting and dressing of sides in slopes, levelling, grading and ramming of bottoms, dewatering of accumulated water from any source and keeping the surface dry for subsequent works and disposal or stacking of excavated material within a lead of 100m, as directed, excluding shoring and strutting.

Supplying and Filling with Manufactured SAND of specified quality under floors, in foundations, plinths, tank foundations etc. for all depths and heights including transportation to site for all leads and lifts, including loading, unloading, spreading in layers of loose thickness not exceeding 150 mm, watering, ramming, compacting with mechanical compactors and/or other equipment to the specified levels to achieve 85% relative density as per IS:2720 Part XIV, including preparation of subgrade to the required slope, providing testing apparatus and testing the degree of consolidation all complete as per drawings, specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge. The rates shall be inclusive of the cost of all labour, material, equipments etc. all complete.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 and for all lift.

Providing and laying integral cement based water proofing treatment of average thickness of 110mmm ( minimum 65mm thick) including preparation of surface as required for treatment of roofs, balconies, terraces etc consisting of following operations: (a) Applying a slurry coat of neat cement using 2.75 kg/sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS. 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge over the RCC slab including adjoining walls upto 300 mm height including cleaning the surface before treatment. (b) Laying brick bats with mortar using broken bricks/brick bats 25 mm to 115 mm size with 50% of cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge over 20 mm thick layer of cement mortar of mix 1:5 (1cement :5 coarse sand ) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge to required slope and treating similarly the adjoining walls upto 300 mm height including rounding of junctions of walls and slabs. (c) After two days of proper curing applying a second coat of cement slurry using 2.75 kg/ sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge. Note : Rates are inclusive of breaking existing coba if any.

"Gypsteel ULTRA" or approved equivalent false ceiling frame system including CRP surface ribbed components such as ceiling sections (0.5mm thick, 80mm wide, @ maximum 457mm c/c, fixed to intermediate channels with connecting clip), Intermediate channels (0.9mm thick, 45mm wide, @ maximum 1220mm c/c, suspended from the soffit with ceiling angles (25x10x 0.55mm @ 900mm c/c maximum, GI cleat and steel fasteners), perimeter channels (0.5mm thick, 27mm wide, screw fixed to wall/partition at 610mm c/c), including all fasteners, angles, connectors, clips etc. all complete ii. FORM WORK :

Providing centering and shuttering using steel shuttering plates at all depths and heights below and above plinth level, vertical, horizontal, inclined including strutting, propping using H-steel pipes/Cup&lock stagging, removal, cleaning of the same for insitu reinforced cement concrete and in plain cement concrete work as required including chamfers, splays, keys, wedges, nails, bracings, brackets and applying one coat of shuttering oil of CEMOL on all shuttering surfaces coming in contact with concrete etc., complete as directed. Supplying, fabricating, erecting and fixing in position, insert plates/ embedded plates/pipes of GI/MS in heavy quality conforming to relevant BIS2062/ 1239/3589(of not less than pipe thickness to which it is to be connected) of required shape and size, welding anchoring legs not less than 12mm dia MS rods, for pipe inserts, not less than 6 mm thick with plate for puddle flanges etc placing in position in concrete while casting, including painting with one coat of approved anti corrosive paint of shalimar product for embedded portion of pipe as per drawing in line, level and plumb complete as directed for rainwater spouts, vent pipes, EPs for railing, staircase, ladders etc.

GI pipe hand rail made out of 32 mm /25 mm nominal bore GI pipes (Jindal, Tata or equivalent) of medium quality conforming to IS 1239, 32 mm n.b. as top fabricated horizontal and vertical members and 25 mm nominal bore as middle and /bottom horizontal members at and at all heights above plinth level, cut to size and shape including necessary bends, tees or with welding as required and fixed in position by grouting or by welding to insert plates provided etc., complete, painting with a coat of approved primer comparable to receive polyurethane paint, etc., complete as specified and directed.

Dis-assembling the MS transformers gate, shifting within 50m lead, providing necessary repair to gates, re erecting the gates in position.

Random rubble stone masonry using approved local stones in foundations/pedestals etc and plinth at and at all depths below/above finished floor level in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement :6 using crushed stone sand of grade conforming to BIS 2116) including simultaneousflush pointing with the same mortar, bond stones, curing, etc., usingcrushed stone sand of grade conforming to BIS 2116, complete as specified and directed.

FLOORING :

Providing and laying machine cut chissel dressed kota stone slab of approved shade in floor, tread, landing, riser, skirting, dado over and including a bed of cement mortar including preparing the base surface, applying neat cement slurry @ 2.75 Kg of cement per Sq.m. of area to receive the mortar, providing neat cement slurry @ 4.4kg. of cement /Sq.m. of area over the mortar bed, jointing each slab with neat cement paste/ grouting white cement and pigment ( conforming to IS : 2114, Table-1, matching the shade of slabs), machine cutting of the slab edges square, true & plumb finishing, grinding, polishing, finishing etc. all complete.

25mm thick kota stone slab (with tolerance +_2mm for thickness, +_2mm for length/ breadth) in floor tread, landing, riser, skirting, dado over average 15mm thick cement mortar 1:4(1 Cement : 4 coarse sand by volume). CEMENT SUPPLIED BY THE CONTRACTOR AT THEIR COST.

For Flooring and skirting using 600 mm X 600 mm Size tiles providing spacer 3mm between tiles and filling the joint with epoxy mortar.

Cement concrete flooring IPS 40 mm thick 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse Msand : 4 graded stone aggregate) with 10mm thick nominal stone aggregate finished with a floating coat of neat cement, levelling and trowelling with power floater and trowel before and after spreading of Hardener and after including cement slurry. (hardener paid separately)

Supplying and spreading non metallic floor hardner of M/s. Fosroc (Nitofloor hardtop), STP, MYK, Pidilite, Sunanda Chemicals of approved quality and make or equivalent at min 7kg/Sqm in required number of stages and time, complete as per manufacturer's specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Providing and fixing 15/12 mm thick acid and/or alkali resistant tiles of approved make and colour using acid and/or alkali resisting mortar bedding, and joints filled with acid and/or alkali resisting cement as per IS : 4457, complete as per the direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

In flooring on a bed of not less than 15 mm thick mortar 1:4 (1 acid proof cement : 4 coarse crushed stone sand) or as per manufacturer's specification

Providing/fixing flexible Heavy duty PVC flooring and skirting using 2 mm thick PVC rolls conforming to IS 3462, manufactured by M/s. Premier / Armstrong / Royal house of approved shade. The pattern & design, repairing & leveling the patches of existing floor with any approved filler including fixing the new rolls to different types of floors with Fevicol SR 998 or equivalent approved synthetic adhesive as per manufacturer's specifications including cutting of rolls to required shape and size, Rolling with 20kg roller, providing V-groove and welding all joints using approved vinyl electrodes conforming to IS 8004, smoothening and cutting the welded beads, rolling over joints if required, in line, level including cost of all materials and labour etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

The epoxy coating shall be applied on concrete in SSD condition with two coats at minimum rate of 5sqm per litre per coat all as per product technical data sheet.

Providing and injecting Dr. Fixit or other approved equivalent PU Injection which is highly reactive two component polyurethane for cracks in concrete or masonry and serves as horizontal water stop against capillary rising moisture in brickwork, stone work, etc. Dr. Fixit or other approved equivalent PU Plain Injection has high penetration, quick setting and forms tough & flexible polyurethane rubber after complete chemical reaction. which reacts to create a flexible water-resistant seal.
