Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :

Old work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/ 10 sqm) on existing cement paint surface).

Note- Before painting the surface shall be thoroughly cleaned off all dirt, dust, algae, fungus or moth, grease & surface imperfections such as cracks, holes etc. should be repaired using white cement. The prepared surface shall have received the approval of the Engineer in charge)

Painting with silicon & acrylic emulsion based water thinnable sealer of approved brand and manufacture on wet or patchy portion of plastered surfaces: One coat

Display of advertisements through Painting on walls of BSNL buildings, Telephone Exchanges, Customer Service Centers and compound walls/pillars as & where condition of the surface area wherever required as decided by the Engineer in charge/BSNL authorities at various locations in HUBBALLI BUSINESS AREA under the BSNL Civil Sub-Division, HUBBALLLI including all the following operation as mentioned below from the Notes/Specifications - 1 to 6 shall be carried out satisfactorily as per the directions of the Engineer - in- charge. [The agency will have to work in different locations (HUBBALLLI -OA/District & DAVANAGERE-OA/District) as per the list received from BSNL Marketing Unit, HUBBALLI -BA. Notwithstanding this, the locations mentioned will be tentative which may vary during execution. The contractor cannot claim anything extra/compensation whatsoever].

1] Wall painting with acrylic smooth exterior paint (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/ 10 sqm) on existing cement paint surface) in required shade including cleaning the surface with water, filling holes, cracks with white cement based putty making the surface smooth etc. applying a coat of silicon & acrylic emulsion based water thinnable sealer of approved brand and manufacture on existing paint/patch) and allow to dry for one day for making proper base/background surface of advertisements.

2] Artistic painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture and colour (two or more coats) of BSNL Logo, brand picture lettering matters etc in required size/proportion (bilingual in English & Kannada) as per advertisement templates supplied by Engineer-in charge over the base coat. The logo/words shall be painted with skilled artist. The rate includes all lead and required and nothing extra will be paid on any account.)

3] The rate includes the cost of material, painting charges, other labour scaffolding and transport charges inclusive of all taxes

4) The paints used should be eye catching and attractive with quality approved by Engineer in charge. Double coating of high quality ISI marked multicolour enamel paints should be done in a systematic and professional way.

5) After completion of the display advertisements, painting at each location, and shall be produced to the Engineer in charge for finalization of bills/payment. (Payment shall be made on plain surface area measurements excluding offsets/sunken/niches)

6) Necessary cleaning/repairs (if required) should be made and prepared neatly for advertisement paintings of the proposed surface area as decided by the Engineer in charge.
