M & L P:C:C 1:4:8 Type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundation filling and mass concrete complete.

Providing reinforced cement concrete type B-l, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) in precast posts, fencing posts, straining or terminal posts, struts etc. for fencing, average sectional area n exc 100 sq. cm, with or without chamfered angles and flat, splayed, rounded or mitred tops as directed and fixed

M&L Brick work using fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel TMT bar10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirallyfor hopping for columns, hookong ends and bindingwith & including mild steel wire (annealed)not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specifiedand directed.

S&F Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain- ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and directed. (each line wire to be measured)

S&F PVC insulated chain link fencing including line wire of size 3.15 mm dia and 100x100 mm mesh made up in mattresses or cases, lapped wire and laid in position to RCC fenccing and straining and fixing to any type of posts, straining bolts, standard bolt, incl securing or tying at crossing with and including provision of galvanized mild steel wire sraples or steel pins etc complete all as specified and directed (each line of wire to be measured for the purpose of payment)

S&F Flat Iron strip 40 mm x 6 mm for securing chain link fencing with RCC posts incl drilling holes, notching for wire etc. for inserting bolts incl all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc. complete

M&L for two coats of white wash on previously untreated (new) surface of RCC posts or wall incl preparation of surface complete

M&L for preparation of new or previously unreated surfaces of steel of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth and appl two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed

M & L for carrying out in repairs primary & secondary injection test of 33 KV or 11 KV indoor /outdoor type current transformer (Set of three) of VCB's by using standard injection test method and checking the electrical circuits for fault condition, all relay testing and proper functioning incl submitting the test report all as directed

M & L for carrying out in repairs primary & secondary injection test of 11 KV indoor /outdoor type RMU's by using standard injection test method and checking the electrical circuits for fault condition, all relay testing and proper functioning incl cleaning the RMU with CRC spray, the bushings all all the panel and submitting the test report all as directed

M & L for servicing in repairs 11KV VCB / bus coupler by dismantling cleaning greasing the complete VCB with attached relays bus bar etc insulation testing, setting the contact gap by measuring as required reassembling the VCB and reinstalling back to its original position checking and repairing the current circuit panel wiring, replacement of new spares as required complete including operational testing and commissioning all as directed. (Note : New spares will be measured and paid separately under relavent item of this schedule)

Supply and fixing in replacement of Epoxy insulators bushings for incoming / out going cables / bus bar suppors as per existng size of VCBs complete all as speicified and directed

Supply and fixing in replacement of Gear system assy complete with handle for charging / discharging of VCBs complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing in replacement of Spring charging motor for VCBs complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacment of Metering and protection current transformer epoxy/resin filled of 11 KV grade of ratio 100-50/5 class = 5P, 10/1 25 VA draw out type with necessary mounting and connected items.

Supply and fixing in replacement of charging spring with shaft with accessories for RMU's complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing in repairs tripping coil for RMU's complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing in repairs auxillary relay for RMU's complete all as specified and directed

S & F in trench/on wall in repairs GI tubing light grade for road crossing and cable protection of the 100 mm dia sizes as in repairs complete all as specified and directed.

Boring of holes horizontally for laying of 40mm dia pipe (minimum depth 0.60 Mtr from top level) under road, Pavement, hard standing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 3 core termination bushing boots of size 70 to 120 Sqmm suitable to provide phase to phase and phase to ground insulation 11 KV volt grade complete all as specified and directed. Make Raychem or equivalent
