Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m deep and getting out in hard /dense soil for laying pipes, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning and filling in soils, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick, complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 m away from starting point and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cutting of road / hard standing not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m deep for laying and taking out water pipe line including making good the disturbed portion as per existing earlier, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for taking up unserviciable CI water mains with Galvanised Iron pipe, medium grade of 80 mm dia including all fittings, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair CI sluice valve flanged of class PN 1.6/1.0 conforming to IS - 780 complete with iron wheel head , stainless steel spindle and check nut , including jointing material such as rubber insertion nut bolts washers etc, complete all as specified and directed for the following sizes.

Taking down unserviciable NRV of any description and Supply and fix CI Non - Return Valves , ISI marked , heavy duty , flanged type complete all as specified and directed for the following sizes.

Supply and fix in repair Air Release Valve PN 1.6 with double chamber conforming to IS - 14845 including all connecting items etc complete of following size:-

Demolition of valve chamber of any description and size and removing demolished material to a distance exceeding 1.5 KM and not exceeding 5 KM and depositing where directed.

M&L for construction of valve chamber of following internal size 750mm x 750mm x 750mm with 100 mm thick PCC (1:4:8 ) type D-2 for foundation, brick walls built in cement mortor (1:4 ) , PCC 1:2:4 type B1 for coping , rendering in cement mortor 1:4 , 15 mm thick both internally and externally upto 15 cm below GL including provision of MS sheet cover using angle iron 40 x40 x6 mm as a frame embedded in concrete and 3 mm thick MS sheet as in cover with necessary locking arrangements duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including necessary earth work and excavation, complete all as specified and directed:

Labour only for taking up GI tubing and connecting fittings for the following sizes:-

Material and Labour in repairs for Galvanized Iron water tubing, Medium Grade, with all fittings laid in trenches for following sizes, complete all as specified and directed:-

Supply and fix in repair Gun metal globe or gate valve ISI marked high pressure with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe line and fixed of properly of following sizes:-

Supply and lay submersible copper conductor cable flat, 1100 volts grade, 3 core, 6 sqmm PVC sheathed with multistranded copper conductor of following size , cutting to required length with necessary end ferrules / water proof joints including taking down of u/s submersible cables. Complete all as specified and directed.

Notes: (1)The quoted rate shall be inclusive of provision of raised masonary platform of size 900mm x 300mm x 450mm in brick work with subclass 'B' bricks built in CM 1:4, rendering 10mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work finished even and smooth ( with out using extra cement) including necessary surface excavation, PCC bed, coping and insertion of suitable bolts & nuts for mounting of panel board. (2) The old unserviceable spares like MCCB, DOL starter, single phase preventer and other accessories will be removed and handed over to AGE E/M stores
