Supply, Installation, commissioning and Testing complete multigrade dual water filteration plant of capacity 35M³/Hr to remove silt, sand, iron and organics etc. biological growth like algae and bacteria with numureous dissolved and undissolved solid alongwith living matters and other impurities and other suspended matters comprising of following specifications meeting the undermentioned technical specification creteria :- Make - Softech/Enviro Water Solutions/3D Aqua water treatment/Bionics Consortium Pvt Ltd, Geo Sun (a) Supply and fix Multigrade dual media filter of capacity 35M³/Hr to remove total suspended Turbidity solids, dirt , iron and reduce silt density index complete with following specifications :- (a) Material of construction : FRP/PVC (b) Diameter : 1050 mm (c) Height : 1828 mm (d) MPV size : 2.5 inch (e) Maximum flow CuM/Hr : 12 (f) Back wash frequency : Once in 12 hrs or 0.6 Kg/CM² pressure difference across vessel (g) Testing / Operating Pressure : 3.5 kg /cm² (h) Opening : Top to bottom

Control Panel Rates quoted are deemed to be inclusive of any left over fixtures/fittings for smooth functioning of filteration plant. Nothing extra shall be paid to the contractor.

Surface excavation n exc. 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in hard dense soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Hard core of gauge n exc 63mm thick of broken boulder spread levelled watering and rammed to true surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for 100 mm PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base concrete. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for 50 mm PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in flooring laid in alternate bays finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing excavated surplus soil (soft/hard soil) to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a a level not exceeding 1.5 mtrs above the starting point all as specified.
