Taking down chowkhat or frame (without taking off shutter from the frame), area of opening n'exc 1.5 Sqm each, removing from the site complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) In order to facilitate the taking down of chowkhat or frame with holdfasts, the cost of cutting holes or dismantling of brick/stone/concrete masonry work of any description in Jambs of existing opening or removing any other fixing arrangement and making good dismantled portion in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 as required so as to re-fix the holdfasts of new chowkhat or frame shall deemed included in quoted unit rates. (ii) Hold fast / fasteners shall be measured and paid separately in respective item hereunder.

S&F Solid PVC door frame of size 50mmX47mm made out of 5mm single side prelam PVC sheet used instead of plain colour PVC sheet (edges will be painted to match with prelam sheet) reinforced with MS square tube, supplying & fixing in opening as per specification. Note: The cost of fasteners (10mm dia, 100mm long, min 6 Nos.) shall be deemed included in quoted unit rates.

S&F factory made solid PVC moulded door shutter with wood free EPS, 28 to 30mm thick (stiles), with 2, 4, or 6mm raised panel design with 5 mm thick moulded PVC sheet on the front face & 5mm prelam PVC sheet on back face, supplying & fixing in frame at site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing and fixing factory made uPVG white colour Sliding window, Area of Net wall opening not exceeding 2.00 sqm each, Three track made of extruded profiles with wall thickness of 2.3mm (+ -0.2mm). Window profile with hollow section with multi chamber. Frame (88mm x 52mm), sliding sash (42mm x 67mm). Sliding mesh Sash (42mm x 57mm) Sliding interlock (One vertical length in each shutters) (45.5mm x 28mm), Glazing bead (24.5mm x 16mm) will be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water etc., making arrangement for fixing of hardware. EPDM gasket, 1.2+ -0.2mm thick galvanised steel Frame (30mm x 18mm) 2 nos, sliding sash (30mm x 18mm), sliding mesh sash (26mm x 10mm) profile to be inserted in required profile, frame will be fixed to the wall with 8mm x 100mm long fasteners, Hardware [Touch Lock of zinc alloyed (white powder coated),steel roller system. and 5mm thick glazing with selected quality glass and gauging with Stainless steel wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and required accessories includes all other connected accessories complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 125 mm X 60 mm size pressed steel frames for door with one or more rebates including necessary lugs, hinges, lock strike plate etc , one shop coat of red oxide primer, filing PCC (1:3:6), type C-0 (using 12.5 mm graded store aggregate) in hollow portion of frame and two coat of synthetic enamel paint after preparation of primed surface complete all as specified and directed. Note: The cost of lugs, hinges, lock strike plate etc, shop coat, synthetic enamel paint and PCC filling work shall be deemed included in quoted unit rates.

S&F 35mm thick factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid decorative type flush door shutter, 30mm thick, comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibres (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2 , modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant. WPC to be laminated with PVC foil of minimum 14 microns thick of approved design pasted with hot melt adhesive on both faces of shutter and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, all as per direction of Engineer In- Charge. Note: stainless steel butt hinges and necessary S.S screws shall be paid separately

S&F 2nd class HW factory made glazed and skeleton shutters 35 mm thick open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc.; sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part-I, Section 8, cla-use 8.24 (a); for doors supplied and fitted to chowkats complete all as specified and directed.
