Addition alteration for proposed open office space on 3rd floor TE building Sec 34 Chandigarh

Amount

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 gram/ litre, of approved brand and of required shade and colour complete to give and even shade.

Old work (one or more coats)

Providing and fixing double action hydraulic floor spring of approved brand and manufacture conforming to IS : 6315, having brand logo embossed on the body / plate with double spring mechanism and door weight upto 125 kg., for doors, including cost of cutting floors ,embedding in floors as required and making good the same matching to the existing floor finishing and cover plates with brass pivot and single piece M.S. sheet outer box with slide plate etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

With stainless steel cover plate minimum 1.25 mm thickness.

Dismantling/ dismembering aluminium partitions, fixed glazing, particle board (excluding doors & windows) and false ceiling including disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable material with in 50 meters lead as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Refixing of dismembered aluminium partition, glass panes and particle board in the required new position, (excluding doors & windows) and making into required shape & size as per site conditions including cost of rubber gasket,cleats, labour steel screws,etc. wherever required all complete, and as per the direction of Engineer-in Charge.

Rubbing and polishing of old mosaic flooring/kota stone flooring with floor grinding machine including removing malba, pvc flooring etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling/dismembering, making minor modifications and refixing of existing false ceiling tiles with Tee, members etc to match the existing false ceiling level including the cost of all tools , plants and labour complete and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.(Existing false ceiling is to be altered & refixed)

Re-fixing of existing modular work stations with partitions at 3rd floor TE Building Sector-34 Chandigarh,including loading from 1st Floor, phase 4 Mohali, transporting, unloading, un-loading at 3rd Floor TE Building Sec-34 Chandigarh as per desired location and layout, cost inclusive of tools and plants all complete and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Credit to work on a/c of materials received from repairs:

(a) Aluminium scrap unserviceable

(b) Floor Spring
