T-01 - CAFETERIA TABLE - 900 x 900 x 750mm(H) Providing and placing Cafeteria Table comprising 18-20mm thick Pre-polished granite (Telephone Black) top with edges moulded over 19mm thick commercial ply, supported on SS-304G frame of 75x75mm, 50x50mm (16 gauge) Square Pipes complete in all respects and to be manufactured strictly as per Drawing No. FR-01.

T-02 - SERVICE COUNTER - 1800 x 700 x 1200mm(H) Providing and placing Service Counter fabricated out of 19mm thick commercial ply, 1.5mm thick SS-304G perforated sheet in shelves press bent as per profile shown in the drawing. Work Top and Service Top shall have 18-20mm thick Pre-polished granite(Telephone Black) with edges moulded. Front shall have 1mm thick Laminate over 19mm thick commercial ply and all internal surfaces shall finished with 0.8mm thick laminate. The Unit shall be supported on 25x6mm MS flat welded to SS-304G square pipe legs 25x25x2mm. Ends of 19mm thick plywood(s) shall have 3mm thick white-oakwood lipping finished with PU polish complete in all respects and to be manufactured strictly as per Drawing No. FR-01,06.

T-03 - CASHIER COUNTER - 1200 x 700 x 1200mm(H) Providing and placing Cashier Counter fabricated out of 19mm thick commercial ply. Work Top and Service Top shall have 18-20mm thick Pre-polished granite (Telephone Black) with edges moulded. Front shall have 1mm thick Laminate over 19mm thick commercial ply and all internal surfaces shall finished with 0.8mm thick laminate. The Unit shall be supported on 25x6mm MS flat welded to SS-304G square pipe legs 25x25x2mm. The Unit shall have One(1) no. Under-Desk CPU Holder, Keyboard Tray and Two(2) no. 150mm deep Cash Drawers with self locking facilities. Ends of 19mm thick plywood(s) shall have 3mm thick white oakwood lipping finished with PU polish complete in all respects and to be manufactured strictly as per Drawing No. FR-01,06.

T-04 - SIX(6) PERSON READING TABLE - 2400 x 1200 x 750 mm(H) Providing & Placing Reading Table top shall be made up of 1mm thick Laminate over 25mm thick commercial ply with edges sealed with 2mm thick PVC lipping on all sides. Table top having provision of 350mm(h) partition screen made of 12mm thick of commercial ply with 1mm laminate on both faces and edges sealed with 2mm thick PVC lipping on all sides to be fixed over top with necessary hardware. Understructure shall be supported on CRCA MS powder-coated C-type leg of cross section 50 x 50 x 1.6mm thick and cross beam made up of 50 x 25 x 1.2 mm thick. Vertical Legs shall be connected with the horizontal beam through aluminium die-cast connectors. Both ends of the table shall have 1200 x 750 x 1.2mm CRCA Perforated Sheet to support the top and C-type legs. Table shall consist of Footrest made of 50 x 25 x 1.2 mm thick CRCA MS Powder-coated tubes connected with Vertical legs and with necessary support on bottom to avoid deflection. Table having provision of Electrical Trunking made of 1.2mm CRCA Sheet. Entire understructure of metal shall be powder coating finish of 50 to 60 Microns DFT, complete in all respects and to be manufactured strictly as per design and Drawing No. FR-01,02,03,04.

T-05 - FOUR(4) PERSON READING TABLE - 1800 x 1200 x 750 mm(H) Providing & Placing Reading Table top shall be made up of 1mm thick Laminate over 25mm thick commercial ply with edges sealed with 2mm thick PVC lipping on all sides. Table top having provision of 350mm(H) partition screen made of 12mm thick of commercial ply with 1mm laminate on both faces and edges sealed with 2mm thick PVC lipping on all sides to be fixed over top with necessary hardware. Understructure shall be supported on CRCA MS powder-coated C-type leg of cross section 50 x 50 x 1.6mm thick and cross beam made up of 50 x 25 x 1.2 mm thick. Table having provision of Electrical Trunking made of 1.2mm CRCA Sheet. Entire understructure of metal shall be powder coating finish of 50 to 60 Microns DFT, complete in all respects and to be manufactured strictly as per design and Drawing No. FR-02,03,04.

T-06 - HEXAGONAL READING TABLE (1600+800L) x 750 x 750mm(H) - 2 no's Per Unit) Providing & Placing HEXAGONAL READING Table top shall be made up of 1mm thick Laminate over 25mm thick commercial ply with edges sealed with 2mm thick PVC lipping on all sides. Understructure shall be supported on CRCA MS powder coated Straight leg of cross section 40 x 40 x 1.6mm thick and cross beam made up of 40 x 20 x 1.2 mm thick. Vertical Legs shall be connected with horizontal beam through aluminium die cast connectors. Table shall consist of Footrest made of 50 x 25 x 1.2 mm thick CRCA MS Powder-coated tubes connected with Vertical legs and with necessary support on bottom to avoid deflection Entire understructure of metal shall be powder coated finish of 50 to 60 Microns DFT complete in all respects and to be manufactured strictly as per design and Drawing No. FR-03,04.

T-07 - LIBRARIAN DESK - 2400 x 1000 x 750mm(H) with side credenza 1350 x 450 x 675mm(H) Providing and placing of Librarian Desk fabricated out of 18mm/ 12mm/ 8mm/6mm thick commercial ply (confirming to IS 303), having 18 mm thick commercial ply table top laminated with 1.0mm thick laminate and 3mm thick wood lipping made to shape as per drawing & to be finished in PU Polish with keyboard drawer made of 1mm thick laminate over 12mm thick commercial ply and 1"x1/2" wood edging made to shape. The drawers shall be fitted with drawer channel/slides, handles, locks etc., shutters shall be fitted with self-closing hinges, ball catchers, handles, locks of approved make. Side Storage unit fabricated out of 18mm thick commercial ply finished with 1mm thick laminate of approved make & shade on external surfaces and 0.8mm laminate on internal surfaces. Storage unit consists of one (1) drawer and shuttered storage below. Table shall have provision of Data and Power cables manager. All exposed edges shall be lipped with 1/4" thick wood lipping. Top exposed surfaces shall be finished with 1mm thick laminate and all internal surfaces and back with 0.8mm thick laminate. All exposed wood shall be PU Polished after proper surface preparation as per specifications and to the entire satisfaction of University and to be manufactured strictly as per design and Drawing No. FR-03,07.

T-08 - STAFF TABLE -1500 x 830 x 750mm(H) with side credenza 1350 x 450 x 675mm(H) Providing and placing of Staff table fabricated out of 18mm/ 12mm/ 8mm/6mm thick commercial ply (confirming to IS 303), having 18 mm thick commercial ply table top laminated with 1.0mm thick laminate and 3mm thick wood lipping made to shape as per drawing & to be finished in PU Polish with keyboard drawer made of 1mm thick laminate over 12mm thick commercial ply and 1"x1/2" wood edging made to shape. The drawers shall be fitted with drawer channel/slides, handles, locks etc., shutters shall be fitted with self-closing hinges, ball catchers, handles, locks of approved make. Side Storage unit fabricated out of 18mm thick commercial ply finished with 1mm thick laminate of approved make & shade on external surfaces and 0.8mm laminate on internal surfaces. T-09 - DISCUSSION TABLE - 2400 x (1350+900) x 750mm (H) Providing and placing Discussion table fabricated out of 18mm/ 12mm/ 8mm /6mm thick commercial ply (confirming to IS 303), with table top having power and data outlet provisions, finished in 1mm thick decorative laminate over premium quality 18mm thick commercial ply with wood edging made to shape as per drawing, Supports to be made out of 18mm/12mm/9mm thick commercial ply finished with 1mm laminate on both face with wood edging made to shape as per drawing. Table shall have provision of Data and Power cables manager. All exposed wood lippings shall be PU Polished after proper surface preparation as per specifications and to the entire satisfaction of of University and to be manufactured strictly as per design and Drawing No. FR-03,08.

T-10 - CENTRE TABLE (Oval) - 1200 x 680 x 400mm(H) Providing and placing 12mm thick toughened glass top centre table supported on frame made of 12mm commercial ply finished with 4mm white oak veneer on both face, made to shape as per drawing. Glass top will have 65mm wide ceramic white paint band. Wood members shall be finished in PU polish, complete in all respect to be manufactured strictly as per Drawing No. FR-03,04,08.
