Repairs to pot holes any depth, not exceeding 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat @ 5 kg per 10 Sqm of paving bitumen,VG-10 putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 sq m of paving bitumen, blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings), depth of pot holes exceeding 30mm all as specified and directed.

Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area exc 400 sqm, exc 50mm and n exc 100 mm deep complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally cleaning the surfaces with mechanical compressor to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer (paving VG - 10 grade bitumen) @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L applying evenly tack coat with bituminous primer (paving VG - 10 grade bitumen) @ 2.5kg/10sqm over bituminous surface all as specified & directed.

M&L for premixed bituminous semi-dense asphaltic concrete 30 mm consolidated thickeness laid using mechanical paver for any width of road with max 5.0% binder content, paving butimen VG-30 grade by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient using 8 to 10 tonne power roller complete all specified & directed.

M&L for premixed bituminous macadam laid using mechanical paver for any width of road, rolled & compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) with binder content (paving VG - 30 grade bitumen) of min. 4% by weight of total mix all as specified & directed.

M&L for Moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all specified and as directed.

M&L for painting line, dashes, arrow, letters etc. on road pavement (parking etc.) providing & applying 2 mm thick road marking strips (reflective) of specified shade /colour using hot thermoplastic material fully / semi-automatic application machine fitted with profile shoe heater driven by experienced operator on road surfaces including preparation of previously treated surfaces , cleaning surfaces of all dirt, scales, oils, grease & foreign materials etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- charge.

S&F for MS Delineator SVD-3, 1200mm long, 76.1mm dia (OD) M.S. pipe light grade (3.25mm thick) filled with PCC 1:2:4, with HIP 76.1mm around. Three strip 50mm width with blue, white, red or any other colour directed by Engr-in-charge, HI reflective tape and with MS jali/mesh 2mm dia aperture 25mmx25mm in pipe shape as guard bar, (Mesh having size c/c dia 120mm, Ht 250mm) mounted on 1.25mm thick MS circular plain sheet and top closed with same circular sheet including necessary excavation and foundation PCC in cement concrete 1:2:4 of size 30x30x30cm, including pepration of steel surfaces and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs cats eye stud of size 100mm x90mm (ABS) Yellow body fixed complete all as per Manufacturers instructions and as directed.

S&F in repair steel cat eyes "Solar type" heavy duty of Round or rectangular shape , Double-Sided-Flashing, Three LED on each side, fixed on road with nails all as specified and approved. Make : Dark eye, Afitronics India

M&L for Providing, precast cement concrete Type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate in window or door cills, lintels, bressummers, steps, quoin blocks (for use with masonry), string courses, copings, kneelers, apex/kerb stones, pier caps, columns, posts, boundary pillars, bed plates, pintle blocks, anchorage blocks, bonders (for stone walling), corbels, brackets, etc.(of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, including chamfers weatherings, throating etc. and setting cement mortar 1:4 complete with joints to match including demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new or previously untreated stone, concrete or plaster surface of any description over 10cm girth or width, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in rep mild steel framed work such as existing delinators., 2mm dia MS mesh/jali aperture 25mmx25mm as hollow cylindar as guard bar mounted on MS 1.25 mm thick plain sheet and top closed with same sheet with ends of bars/sheet/mesh shouldered and/or riveted, or forget into spikes; framed as guard bars for existing delinators (Circular/hollow cylindrical mesh); including pepration of steel surfaces and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 50 mm width retro reflective strip/tape, with blue, white, red or any other colour directed by Engr-in-charge on existing delinators/boards complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair retro reflective sheet, blue, white, red, green or any other colour directed by Engr-in-charge on existing boards complete all as specified and directed.
