REPAIR/MAINT OF CEILING FAN, WALL FAN, EXHAUST FAN AND OTHER CONNECTED WORK OF OTM/MD ACCN AND MES INSTALLATION OF RAKSHA VIHAR COLONY UNDER GE (I) R and D KANPUR.

Amount

Taking down ceiling fan of any type, any make and any sweep for repairing, opening the body and blade, checking for repalcement of unserviceable spares,cleaning, overoiling, greasing, replacement of unserviceable spare by new one, re-assembling of all components in original position, testing and hanging up the same complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Note : New spare parts required for replacement shall be measured and paid seperately

Taking down and refixing after recify the defects carefully of exhaust fan/wall fan any size and any sweep including dismantling of blades, for recognize defects at site or deposit to store complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : New spare parts required for replacement shall be measured and paid seperately

M & L for overhauling of ceiling fan any Make and sweep including dismantling, cleaning internally and externally, oiling, greasing, checking of electric connections, replacement of worn out check nuts, split pins, nuts, bolts and washers, sockets rebber real, clamps and minor repairing works and items etc. reassembling and testing on completion all as directed. Note :- Winding works will be measure and paid seperatly

All as specified in item No.3 here-in-before but for exhaust fan/wall fan etc of any Make and any size.

M & L for painting of ceiling fan of any size sweep including blades and canopies with white enameled approved spray paints one coat after cleaning dust etc and Marking of MES No ceiling fan such as MES No, and height of letter 2.5 cm in figures including sign writing with black enameled paints all as directed

M & L for painting of Exhaust fan of any size sweep including blades and canopies with white enameled approved spray paints one coat after cleaning dust etc and Marking of MES No Exhaust fan such as MES No, and height of letter 2.5 cm in figures including sign writing with black enameled paints all as directed

M & L for removing the burnt copper winding of ceiling fan ,cleaning to cores and rewinding of ceiling fans with copper enameled wire of suitable size including film paper, sleaving and varnishing , 56” (1400mm) complete any make any type as directed by Engr-in- Charge .

All as per item No 7 above but 48”(1200 mm) sweep any make and any size.

All as per item No 7 above but exhaust fan 18” sweep 450mm complete any make all as directed by Engr-in- Charge

All as per item No 7 but exhaust fan 12” sweep(300 mm) dia complete

All as per item No 7 but Wall fan 12'' /15" (300 mm/350 mm) dia complete

M & L for renewal of ball bearing suitable size where required and as directed Make SKF/NBC :-

M & L for replacement of condensor 2.5 MFD for ceiling fan complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for replacement of condensor 3.15/4.00 MFD for ceiling /exhaust fan complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for renewal of Gun metal bush where required as directed for ceiling fan or exhaust fan all as directed.

M & L for renewal of shaft suitable for any make of ceiling fans and exhaust fans all as directed.

M & L for replacement of existing ceiling fan down rod with medium grade galvanized iron/ stove enameled pipe 20mm / 15 mm dia including threading both side or MS conduit heavy duty including both end hole with clamp with rubber real and split pin cable entry hole and check nuts including 3 core copper conductor 23/76, PVC insulated wire complete all as specified and directed

Supply & Fixing medium step and socket type fan regulator 80 Watt, 240 Volt AC, ISI marked complete in replacement of old unserviceable resistance type regulator all as specified and directed. Make Anchor/Cona or equivalent in SSK/Crabtree as approved by GE (I).

Supply and fixing as in replacement for PVC insulated unsheathed flexible cord copper wire of size 23/0076 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of C/fan blades set of three (56'/48' sweep) make and size as per existing or as required and directed at site by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item No. 20.00 above but exhaust fan /wall fan of size 300/450 mm sweep complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Ceiling fan clamp in replacement with rubber real and suitable size of nut and bolt complete all as sepcified and direct by Engr-in-charge.
