The curtain cloth shall be of superior quality, having 260-300 GSM fabric weight and made of 48% Polyester + 52% Cotton blended material. Detailed specification and size with instructions attached. 2)Supply and installation of heavy-duty stainless steel curtain rods of suitable diameter and length, customized as per the site dimensions and requirements at Narkher and Katol Railway Stations. The rod shall be of superior quality, rust-resistant and corrosion-resistant, with smooth and durable surface finish, suitable for supporting the specified V-Decor curtain cloth. The complete work shall include all necessary brackets, end caps, rings/hooks, fasteners and other required accessories, along with proper fixing and installation at site.Detailed specification and size with instructions attached.

   1. Bidders must clearly indicate their offered make with the offer. Bids without details of make will be considered as commercially un-responsive, and Railways reserves the right to disqualify such offers. Further, railway reserves the right to seek any clarification w.r.t. the Make/technical parameters/specifications/features of the offered product. 2. Firm will ensure the offered product will meet the specifications attached in annexure otherwise offer will be rejected based on offered Brand/make does not meet the specifications.

   Time Preference Clause: : Time preference Clause : It should be noted that if a contract is placed on a higher tenderer as a result of this invitation of this tender, in preference to the lowest acceptable offer, in consideration of offer of earlier delivery, the contractor will be liable to pay to the Government the difference between the contract rate and that of the lowest acceptable tenderer on the basis of final price, FOR destination including all elements of freight, GST and other incidentals in case of failure to complete supplies in terms of such contract within the date of delivery specified in the tender and incorporated in the contract. This is in addition and without prejudice to other rights under the terms of contract.

   For placement of bulk quantity order the OEM directly or through authorised dealers shall have successfully executed at least one single purchase order of any Zonal Railway/PUs/Core for the supply of curtains and curtains rods during previous 3 years. This period of 3 years shall be counted with respect to date of tender closing. Firms should submit documentary evidence certifying proof of execution of PO, such as scanned copies of Purchase Order along with copy of I/C , R/Notes, CRN and completion reports with the offer. Failure to submit documentary evidences will imply that firm has no such performance and the offer is liable to be ignored.

   Bidders must note that for offers having vague delivery schedule like - as per your requirements- or any time delivery- or indefinite like -02 to 12 months- or like - 06 to 08 months- etc, delivery period while issuing the contract shall be given as per the requirement best suited to this office within the quoted range. No further claim by the bidder shall be admissible in such cases.

   By default your offer shall be considered as valid for 90 days from the date of tender opening. This is a mandatory requirement and no deviations to this will be permitted or considered while consideration of the offer. Bidders not willing to accept this condition must not submit the offer. Bids if submitted shall be considered as deemed acceptance of this condition. Any deviation regarding this or remarks for not agreeing to this condition, offered in the deviation column or anywhere including in uploaded document will not be accepted or considered while consideration of the offer. The purchaser may, at his discretion ignore any such deviation, if quoted, while issuing the contract. No further claim by the bidder shall be admissible in such cases.
