Attending routine maintenance/repair of Electrical appliances like DG set & attending repair works at Residencial & Non resindencial buildings at Hut bay Division including checking all area lights fittings in the lamp post/top of the buildings at Workshop,Store complex, Divisional office complex and departmental Guest house at Hut Bay, all the lights and fans fittings with the residential and non residential Buildings and operation of 125 KVA diesel generator set at divisional office complex & Mechanical sub-division when ever the electricity department power failure, routine checking of all batteries of the vehicles, checking all auto electrical wiring of vehicles, gensets, motors etc and attending repair and maintenance as and when required and checking all connection in the pillar box, control panels, bus bar, UG cable connection main switch, timer etc., as per direction of EIC, excluding cost of materials which will be supplied by the department on free of cost, but including cost of all labour charges, minor tools, labour cess, GST etc complete. 1.01. Attending electrical repair.

Facilitation in attending & assisting Sub - Divisional Works for Non Technical work and Helper for operation of machineries, Electrical works, Driver, Carpenter, Mason, pump operator, supply water etc., at Hut Bay. The work involves general office assistancce, Operating in computer, Operation of various office machineries/equipments like photocopier, printer, preparation of Tender document, GeM procurement, maintaining records, perfoming general tasks, taking and recording field measurements, attending any other miscellaneous works asigned from time to time as directed by EIC including cost of all labour charges, transportation, GST, Water charges, LWC, Contractor's Profit etc complete. 2.01. For assisting Electrical repairs for Residential & Non residential buildings.

For attending duty at LA Cell & Hut Bay like collection & Delivery of Dak box and attending driver works as and when required. At LA Cell :- 01 Working Day At Hut Bay :- 01 Working Day.

Attending miscellaneous works like Cleaning and Sanitizing with disinfectant solution at office complex, Toilet, jungle/grass clearance, watch and ward and any other works assigned by EIC as and when required for works at ALHW, Hut Bay But including cost of all labour charges, minor tools, transportation, GST, LWC, water charges, Contractor's Profit, etc complete. 3.01. Dairy dispatching work & upkeeping all files & records at Division office.

Collection of Dak box & other miscellanious works at Mechanical Sub - division office. At LA Cell :- 01 Working Day & At Hut Bay :- 01 Working Day.

Attending Watch & ward duty at Store & Workshop complex - 02 Shift duty per day = 2*365 = 730.00.
