OEM Criteria : OEM should have their own registered office in India from the last 10 years on the date of bid submission.OEM of LED Display should have at least 500 cr. turnover in India in last financial year.OEM shall be ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 45001 & ISO 27001:1 certified – Certificates to be submit. OEM should have their own service center across India for support. Franchised or Authorized service center are not acceptable.Service centers should be available in all major metro cities ex. NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore, and Kolkata & Chennai with their own engineer at each location. GST registration number for all these service centers.Installation, Commissioning, after Sales support shall be provided by OEM only.OEM should have installed at least 100 Outdoor LED display based on SMD Technology only (DIP technology is not acceptable) with at least 16.56 sqm area or higher connected in single network and content published from a central location in India for any PSU/ government.
